My go to place when I visit Houston. Excellent staff and management with worth to money comforts.

I explained the reason for my cancellation on the 2nd night of my stayed till now management has approved the refund for not staying the 2nd night 😔

Cockroachs

The rooms were very unhealthy and unhygienic.we saw cockroaches everywhere and rooms smell full of cigarettes smoke .Rooma smelled stink

I don't need perfect, but I have to ask comfort Inn if this is what they want to offer. There was a dead roach in the middle of the room, which makes me wonder if it had been vaccuumed. The temperature in the room when I got in it was 81, so it took several hours to cool if off and then it was never really that cool. The bathtub faucet fixture was not connected to the wall and there was a fairly large rust, or I guess iron stain below the overflow piece. The sink water faucet handle was extremely loose and I was easily able to lift it off. And finally, the screws in the strike plate were so loose that the strike plate was loose. I was able to tighten one of them with my thumb at least tight enough that the plate would stop moving. However, the door never really closed properly like it could have easily been broken in to. The only reason I didn't give this a "terrible" rating is that I will say the mattress was reasonable comfortable and the pillows were decent. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights, but left after the first night. I have added a few photos showing some of what I wrote about.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room we had, had very little water pressure when showering. The area was overall not the best in town. Overall it was ok would not stay there again tho. If you are looking for a cheap stay it's OK. If you are looking for a more premium upper class spot then I would not recommend.

Air conditioning was poor. Room felt too hot. I had no choice but to vacate the room immediately. Had to find another hotel. I am supposed to get a refund and emailed the hotel but no response yet.

No security, the back door don't lock, anybody can enter the property without key, the entire hallway, no AC , no AC in the lobby. Lots of noises around the property... Bad experience.

The property is in good condition, room service and the breakfast is good

Everyone is very nice

Room was dirty literally cockroaches crawling up the walls. Staff was horrible trying to call them between my husband and I 10 times till finally someone answered crackheads wandering around there and the back door isn’t even locked so anyone can just walk into there.

The room was hot. The ac barely worked. The bed was hard and pillows were subpar. There was roaches in the room. TV was old and hardly worked. Lamp quit working. The room had no main light.
