bed was comfortable shower no hot water

The hotel’s A/C wasn’t working properly, as soon as you walk in, a breeze of warm air welcomes you. The entire hotel is hot, except for the room. Which explains why a roach was found inside the room. There was a lady in the front desk who helped us check-in; she was very rude. We were charged a $100 deposit; something that not disclosed when booking online. The parking lot is very big; however, there are several potholes that need to be fixed. Breakfast was included tho!

The ice machine didn't work, and the breakfast was very light (Coffee, cookies, a muffin, orange juice and apple juice., and some old looking fruit.

We showed up at midnight. The room felt damp and smelled. The bedding was damp and not dry all the way.

The bed. The check in staff, no AC in hallway, the bedroom AC, the lobby. In short , I checked out a day earlier.

Staffing

I brought my family for my child's birthday, the cold water in our first room didn't work making it unsafe for the children to shower. The second room we were moved to had someone already staying in it, so we walked in on them in their room. The THIRD room we were moved to seemed better, however we woke up to a massive and infestation leading to both the kids being bitten. We asked for a refund after the first night and all of the issues, but we're denied. We are currently trying to get a refund and having to jump through hoops to even get that done due to the nightmare process they have in place to speak with someone over reservations. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT stay here. Your money is much better spent somewhere else.

It's was nice & clean The alarm was on all night long & my baby have ADHD & he was up all night long I haven't gotten my last sleep the last day other than that it was very great

Make sure you read the reviews before booking. The hotel is cheap for a reason.

The breakfast was terrible

You get exactly what you what yu pay for cheap quality.Only one towel and wash cloth .My plus one had to go out and buy her own towel/wash cloth.Rooms are nothing like pictures false advertisement.Motel should be knocked down and rebuilt.Tv is outdated AC works but is extremely loud so if you can’t sleep with noise think again.And have a nerve to have a incident damage fee of $100 .Breakfast has mold in premade sandwiches as well so just go to McDonalds up the street

Hotel did others charges / a non authorized charges without my consent and the physical debit card. Beside still did not returned "the 100 USD" executed out my debit card (it was debit). candidate to report consumer affairs-buss bureau.

Room was cheap and clean. However there were no amenities. Everything was closed down and tv was stuck on one channel and apparently maintenance has to fix this, but we're gone for the day. Property was run down and in a sketchy part of town.
