Wyndham Houston Sugarland

This location is very run-down. No AC or extremely warm in all hallways/common areas. Room AC turned to hot air output during second night and I could not turn off. Shower knob was very difficult to use and control water temp. Sheets were dirty and room smelled poorly.

stay was decent did not present things that were listed like fridge microwave (etc) limited towels and soap doesn’t look like nothing like the pictures parking was ok and air conditioning was ok just takes a minute to get cool

This is basically a motel, this can’t be a Wyndham hotel. Tried to cancel and no one helped.

Very nice and enjoyed the stay

From parking the atmosphere was just off. It wasn’t a clean nor safe environment, the staff was not attentive and looked stressed like he didn’t want to be there. The room was a mess in terms of cleanliness. It was moist and moldy smelling the bedding was dirty as well as the bathroom. The door had an interesting lock or lack there of in most cases if you didn’t close it right. Just an uncomfortable experience at this property and the management just made it worse when we left and wanted a refund for the lack of security and comfortability.

Not a safe area. No water,ice vending machines. Dirt rings in the toilet bowl. Shower wasn't working properly. The human Traffic in the area was scary!

Did not explain the deposit before the stay. Then told me I should cancel. When I tried to cancel they refused

Definitely not ithe quality Wyndham experience. Hotel was hot, smelly and outdated. Not to mention basic needs were not in the room; only 1 towel, face towel and washcloth. First and last time for me.

I tried to check in they said I didn’t have a room so I was forced to get another room at another hotel

Not bad for the price point area has lots of food quick access to 59

Nothing very bad from our day one to last day very very bad service room was out of towels soap and also hairdryer when called they will not answer properly. Management is very bad

THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO THE VENUE WE ATTENDED. TRASH IN THE PARKING LOT. TRASH CANS OUTSIDE FULL. ONLY ONE ELEVATOR. SPOTS ON THE BED SHEETS. NO BREAKFAST. AIR CONDITIONING SPOTTY. BAD LIGHTING. DEPOSIT KEPT FOR 5 TO 7 DAYS.

At least the air conditioning works well.

Tv didn’t work. And no assistance. No refrigerator or microwave. No tv or refrigerator

It’s ok

The room temperature was comfortable ,easy access to room Wasn’t easy to find bc there are no business signs that myself or husband could see . We drove past it 3-4 times an was even parked next to it an didnt know. Ice machine didnt work.

Also no breakfast service when it was included on your site. Front desk said they haven't hired someone to bring or serve breakfast See above. Terrible front desk ladies and no breakfast

The staff was very rude when trying to ask about getting my deposit back the lady rudely answered another personal call and walked away from us while we were speaking to her
