We had to change rooms 2 times. 1st time because our TV didn't work. 2nd time because our air didn't work. We finally get into the 3rd room and there were no towels. Went down stairs to get towels and there were none. The receptionist offered me pool towels. When I declined she did go find some. It took over an hour, I honestly think she was going to unoccupied rooms to find them, but we did eventually get them. Another couple in the elevator also said they didnt have towels in their room. The air in the lobby and all of the hallways did not work. The pool was green and contained so much algae, but they said it was open to swim. The breakfast offered was a chocolate muffin and activia yogurt that was past expiration date. This was actually my worst experience in a hotel. It is also not a Wyndham anymore, it is a Holiday Inn. I did choose to stay because I could not get a refund. The 3rd room we were put in was fair. All of the carpets need to be replaced. There was hair on the floor of our bathroom and bathtub. I chose to clean it myself because I did not want to take the chance of changing rooms again. The desk chair was also broken. My husband sat in it and he fell all the way back and landed on the floor. We did have a good laugh about it, but I could only imagine if it were an elderly person it could have hurt them.

Hotel was very clean front desk clerk was very polite even when another customer ahead of me was rude she remained calm and professional The hotel did not look like pictures online there was only a continental breakfast with coffee and juice muffins the hotel room did not have a microwave or refrigerator which was not good on my part because I have medication that has to stay refrigerated

Interesting thing is that they don’t provide soap, or even hand soap. I thought they forgot to put it but when asked, the from desk told, we only provide shampoo and conditioner. I had to buy a hand soap from outside Included breakfast was few cold packed sandwiches, and muffins with coffee. Thats all. Overall, not too bad for a short stay but doesn’t justify the price.

The breakfast was minimal and cheap… Jimmy Dean breakfast croissants, fruit, packaged muffins, yogurt and Sunny D Everything. Won’t be booking again.. and they have the nerve to charge $100 incidental fee. Not worth it!

There was no soap, tissue, coffee, or coffee cups in the room. The chair was filthy and the AC never got colder than 75 degrees. It looked like a dying hotel that was hotel that could got out of business at any time.
