‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️WARNING ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT THESE NASTY HOTELS ! THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE . They smell horrible, my air condition dripped water 24/7 and made the carpet wet& smelly , my toilet barely worked , key cards NEVER WORKED ! The “ managers “ ARE TERRIBLE they’re never there and the only way they are contacted is through “ wats app “ extremely unprofessional . Keys card never worked You had to constantly go get a new one AND TO MAKE MATTER EVEN WORSE . I stayed from the 6th-9th right . Why did they recharge my card again 3 different times on July 30th around 2-3 am AFTER I LEFT which is theft .and the manager Brittney or Alejandro are no where to be found . So if I were you I’d save yourself the trouble . See yall in court :)

The smell. The elevator was terrible and even after informing the receptionist the scent remained. It was almost as if they attempted to clean the elevator with dirty mop water.

Nothing Everything.

Nothing. We arrived late there were no clean rooms we was sent to a nasty stick hotel near we reused to stay and staff was not accommodating for anything. Wouldn't go back to either place especially the place they offered us to stay at. If a place is smelly when you walk in why would you even stay there.

Stayed here and had a few issues. The front desk advised that there was new management so no breakfast was offered/available (although online says breakfast included). The first room we got in the ac was broke. 83 degrees when walked in and it was set on 70. They moved us to another room where ac worked. However, 3 roaches in bathroom. There was used soap in the bathroom as well so room had been half cleaned.

I booked this hotel due to its stated Pet-Friendly status within Expedia, their own website, and google search. After driving for 3 hours and arriving at property, I was informed by the front desk that this was not a pet friendly hotel. I was told that as of a few months ago, this property was under new management and that new owner does not accept pets. This was not stated within Expedia, within their hotel website, and calling the property to confirm Pet-Friendly status was of no help as no one was picking up the phone after several call attempts. I was disappointed as I was left to find new accommodations in the middle of the night. In addition, when arriving they had signage stating breakfast was not being provided even though it was a listed amenity. This is likely not something that will be provided in future stays but will not be updated by their new owners as they lack the effort to update their sites. I do not recommend this place, even as a cost-effective option. Google Reviews shows reports of bed-bugs and terrible breakfast service. Corporate should review franchisee to ensure they are upholding their brand.

The location Nothing worked!!!! The TV didn’t work. The pool was empty and had bottles in it. Gym wasn’t open and no breakfast was included. Basically everything promoted wasn’t available

Close proximity to airport Cleanliness! Very unclean . Water was brown, holes in window curtains, carpet very nasty. I felt very uncomfortable at this hotel.

On the add it's shows that they serve breakfast that a big no, elevator was not working and water was out for 2 days, no water to take a shower not to use the restroom worst experience even.

No soap in the bathroom. Maid service tried to be helpful but didn’t speak English and did not have any soap. The front desk didn’t understand what the word soap meant, and still didn’t have any. At check in one of the guest at the front desk was arguing with a prostitute about whether she was going to come to his room or not. The air conditioner in the room was leaking water and the carpet was soaked.

I was really disappointed once I got to this hotel. The website and Expedia stated there was a morning breakfast. The hotel is going under renovations and new management therefore, no breakfast is being served. The pool was closed. There was no iron in my hotel room. The hotel reeked of marijuana. Definitely a waste of money and I would not recommend at all.

I’m unsure of what amenities they had because there was no Breakfast in the morning as advertised. The area for water bottles etc was empty. Most of the ice machines were out of order. The water in tub was brown initially when trying to shower. The a/c didn’t work. It worked for 10 minutes then some kind of way went to 90 degrees on its own. I wouldn’t recommend. The staff was okay but those issues are out of their control…
