Extended Stay America Suites Houston IAH Airport

I loved the staff they were very gracious and helpful. I have service dogs so I was very thankful the staff were so kind and helpful. They eased my anxiety tremendously. Only staff member that was not helpful was the hotel manager. She was very rude and impolite. She had no empathy for someone with a disability and she was actually rude to staff. I heard how she spoke to some of the staff.

The pool wasn’t clean bring incense or Febreze our room had a smell bring your own towel and wash clothes because there supplies are limited.

Staff was very nice and the hotel in general was clean. Shower and bed were both broken

This place had dead roaches in the toilet, dirty sheets on the bed, crumbs on the counter, broken knobs on the shelves and door. Headboard was unclean! They denied a REFUND after I didn’t stay the reservation!! I am going to send an email as well!

Awful. The please was nasty , they put us in a completely different room due to house keeping not cleaning the room. The room they put us in was gross it didn’t even have a toilet seat

Me gustó el precio la y ubicación I didn't like that there are no utensils. She says it has a good breakfast and it's a lie. There weren't even glasses for coffee and breakfast. It's no longer coffee and bread. It's not a breakfast like in other hotels. It's a small room with a coffee maker and something to put the bread and terrible service. We ordered glasses for coffee and the lady didn't say anything. She just said no there and in the rooms they don't bring kitchen utensils either. It's not what you see in the photo. The pool is very dirty and neglected and neglected pool bathroom is disgusting. I stayed three days and they never clean that area. The water of the hot pool can't be bathed because with the heat and getting into hot water is not delicious. It's not like it stands. The worst thing is that it says that it includes breakfast when it's not what it stops. There's not

Had 4 people. Honestly its ok for a couple days just to sleep in if you dont plan on being in the room all day. But the hotel staff was rude, said anything we needed was extra money which was not anywhere when booking nor did they tell us at check in. Telling us we needed to pay them 5$ to just wash towels that they will just give back to us. Loud all around in almost every room and can hear everything . Witnessed someone getting arrested in front of the hotel. Sketchy elevators. Honestly they need to really clean it up for the rates they charge for non residents (people who dont physically live there) its not worth the stay. 200$ is not worth it. Seriously, get new staff and clean up the hotel.

The hotel smells really bad, the pool did not even work it was all dirty and smelled horrible. The sheets in the room seemed like they were not washed. It had stains of makeup, blood, and God knows what else. Don't use your money here.

I asked for clean towels and was told no. Also my phone in the room was missing a cord and the toilet didn’t work. Was met with attitude when I brought those up to the front desk.

No shampoo etc, no daily linen, no breakfast, no tv, internet slow vending machine broke
