You could here the people upstairs from us until 2 am making noise

Coffee was good, breakfast was ok. The woman that checked me in was nice. Room wasn't fresh. There was a man's cologne odor. I had to check to see if someone else was staying in the room. If they double booked. When I returned after a day exploring, the hall and my room smelled again but this time it was weed. I informed the woman at the front desk. She didn't seem to care until I asked her name.

We arrived the hotel at 1am and needed to check in but the staff disappeared. We had to booked another hotel at 3am and we tried to asked the hotel for refund but no response!

The major issue we had with this stay was arriving at 10:30 pm and calling for the shuttle (which is advertised to run until 11 pm). After being put on hold for 15 minutes, we were informed the shuttle finished its last run at 10:30. It states 11 pm on the website and on the board in the front lobby of the hotel. We were upset with this after a long day travelling and had to order an UBER at our own cost. I asked to speak to a manager and was given a business card with an email on it that was not functional. After looking online, I did find a different email for the hotel manager and reached out to them regarding this issue. That individual was very apologetic and said the staff members have been dealt with and said they were going to send a gift card as reimbursement for our UBER. We are hoping this gift card arrives, and if so, I will recommend this hotel to others, even with the issue we had with the shuttle, based on how everything else was positive.

The house keepers don't clean I had to go to front desk to get a vacuum there was lots of hair in the carpet and I pulled the beds from the wall they never clean behind the beds. There was candy around the night stands and under the ac. The shower was full of hair and he shower curtain was used from the people who stayed before us

Spacious comfortable room. Very nice breakfast. Area is off freeway. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby unless you have a vehicle.

He just said: I don’t know, you have to find out yourself. The elevators are broken, we have to carry Dow out two big luggage’s and I was a 62 years old lady with a stick and my friend is 66 years old lady! Asking where is the shuttle bus? Tons of people waiting and he said he didn’t know where is the driver! How to use the business area’s printer, his reaction is not my business, you have to find out yourself. Ck out ask for billing print out, no, just drop the key in a box! This is a worse hotel that I have been stayed! First, I gave a good review, since their room was clean. Then find out the air conditioner was so loud that wake us up at mid night after our tired flight! I will not back to this hotel again!

Close to airport and very clean and spacious rooms

The front desk worker was amazing. So kind and helpful. There was nice cold water waiting for us in the lobby at check-in. I enjoyed staying here.

Grass was really high. Air was out in the lobby. Elevator was down upon arrival. TV didn’t work in my room at all. Bathroom needs updating paint pealing looks like mildew on the ceiling.

Comfortable and clean room. Excellent service. Super nice and supportive staffs. Loved the breakfast and coffee machine
