Wingate by Wyndham Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport

I did not like that the water was brown even though I allowed it to run for 20 minutes. needless to say, my family needed bottled water to brush our teeth, and we refused to take a shower in dirty water. When I reported the water to the front desk, I was told that there was no maintenance on duty and there was nothing he could do. I ask if I could get a discount for the huge inconvenience, I was told that I would have to check with the morning staff.

Very nice staff Maybe need some improvement for the property, the third floor was a little messy.

Hotel rooms need to be updated. Bath tub had chipping paint. Not too clean in the hotel common areas.

The pool was nice and clean The restroom I tink need a little big remodeling it’s a little big old

- overall very outdated bathroom and paint was chipping which made it seem unsanitary. There was no fan or circulation which made it feel very muggy - old air conditioning unit, worked fine though - housekeeping came by once during 3 day stay and only changed trash of bathroom. Did not clean anything or even come into the bed area

Friendly, welcoming staff ... thoughtful waters and snacks at check-in ... reliable, efficient airport shuttle No hot water in the shower ... TV didn't work ... noisy AC during sleep

It is a good place to stay overnight, but the breakfast needs improvement. The shower in my room was inadequate and needed updating, as the water flow was like that of a hose. However, the staff was helpful.

I booked a reservation on booking and paid like always when I got there the front desk couldn’t understand me when I repeatedly explained that I had paid .they didn’t listen at all and made me repay again

Solo pasamos la noche ahí y salimos muy temprano, el desayuno no estaba listo. Pero nos ofrecieron café o algunas cosas que podían acelerar. Buen servicio

Comfortable, clean, location, pool, nice breakfast. Nothing around it. No shops, no restaurants.

It was clean The parking people were just sitting in there cars almost all night

It wasn't the closest hotel to the airport, but the quick free pick-up shuttle service, extremely helpful staff, like-new amenities, cheap snack bar, and free breakfast made up for the distance. We will be staying here again!
