Four Points by Sheraton Houston Intercontinental Airport

This was a great place to stay. I certainly appreciated my shuttle ride to the airport. The room was cool, quiet, clean, and comfortable.

We had a 10 hr layover at IAH so I rented a room for the family to sleep and shower before the next flight. Older property but served its purpose. One of The shuttle drivers was not friendly at all. Before booking, I did not realize it was a smoking hotel which was an inconvenience but my fault not the hotels.

Very comfortable room, quiet despite its proximity to the airport. The location is good because it is close to the airport but there is not much to do or restaurants around the hotel. Fot the purpose of our stay this was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was good price and although basic, what we ordered was tasty. The shuttle never showed up, so we ended up taking an uber. As we discovered, you have to ring from the airport and ask for it. I wish they would explain this on the booking.com website.Breakfast was good, but perhaps because of a large group of guests, the buffet was not re-filled accordingly. Some areas of the hotel look quite tired but I believe they are renovating.The restaurant does not serve lunch, however they have a little shop where you can get some sandwiches, salads, chips, etc

We stayed here to utilize the parking and airport shuttle. Parking before our trip was not a problem. However, front desk staff never answered the phone calling for hours trying to set up airport shuttle service for our return and we ended up having to pay an Uber from the airport when shuttle service was supposed to be provided.

The pool room was very hot plus had a pretty strong bleach smell.

This place sucks, dont stay here. There are a dozen hotels along that road, pick another one.

This must have been a particularly bad moment for this hotel - there was a significant construction/repair issue in the front of the building and all the staff working there had been pulled from corporate or other locations and had only arrived that day. They had no idea what happened. Otherwise the stay was adequate.

People were very nice. The shuttle to airport is very convenient.

The stay was very good. The staff was very good and friendly. The bar was good. The only issues that I saw were maintanence needs. The elevators had repair needs though they worked. The building exterior needs washing and repair. There were some other wall and carpet repair issues that were noted. Otherwise, we were comfortable, and the food was good, except breakfast was on the cool side and not hot.
