Needed quick room due to flight delay. All staff members were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Guys on the shuttle bus are really mad with their job. When we arrived the guy wasn’t that friendly BUT THE GUY that brought us to the airport was really mad to bring us to the airport. You can see it in his face, he stared at my daughter and just through our luggage, I was really upset

The room was clean, the staff was excellent and the shuttle driver was excellent. There needs to be more done about the dining experience. . The food was not well prepared and they should consider better dining selections.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and well maintained, the staff was helpful and professional, and the complimentary shuttle service to IAH Airport was extremely convenient.

The shuttle was availble 24 hours. Some of the other properties Ive stayed at nearby indicate airport shuttle, but that doesnt always mean 24 hour service.

I liked that this hotel was close to the airport. The staff was very nice. Wi-Fi worked great for working in the room. I wish the bed had been more comfortable. The air conditioning was a wall unit and it was quite humid - this may be a Houston problem, not this hotel's problem. It seemed like this hotel had quickly been flipped.

Things did not improve once we got to the hotel. Only one elevator was working, and the panel where you select your floor appeared to be held in place by a single screw. The hallways and floors were visibly dirty and poorly maintained. When we entered our room, it was dark and had an overall eerie, unwelcoming feel. The toilet had no lid, which felt extremely unsanitary. The towels were hard, worn, and looked well past their prime, while the bathroom walls had stains throughout. The side table next to the bed was chipped, the outlet in the desk was broken, and the old A/C unit was so loud that it was difficult to relax. The iron also did not work properly, and its cord was damaged. Honestly, I wanted to leave the moment I arrived. For a Four Points by Sheraton, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality. I would never stay here again and cannot understand how a room in this condition was still over $100 per night. Extremely disappointing and absolutely not what I expected from this brand. Beware!

Rooms were comfortable. The area (close to airport) is a bit bleak. Dinner was disappointing but breakfast was fine.

The hotel was clean, resturant meals were great even with the limited menu available during our stay. Reception staff were cheerful and quick and gave all the info needed. Only a 1night stay, good transit service to and from the airport. And a great price.

The digital safe wasn't open and it was locked. The motion detection light inside and next to the hallway door would come on when going to the restroom at night. It was bright so I placed a tissue over it. The refrigerator made an inordinate amount of noise. With the room redone, I was surprised by how old and lumpy the mattress was. Not comfortable by any means. The hardware for ope ing and closing the drapes was on the left side of the AC unit. To operate it, you would have to squeeze between the bed and the AC unit to open or close the blinds. Why not position the hardware on the right side with more accesibility? Staff were great. Liked the 24 hour shuttle service to the airport.

Good hotel for airport proximity. Friendly staff. Frankly a really good spot.

This was a great place to stay. I certainly appreciated my shuttle ride to the airport. The room was cool, quiet, clean, and comfortable.
