They had wrong for the discriminated me to the fact that I had to show my baggage, even asked me if I had a possession of a handgun just because of the Mike tattoos, and then that’s so far is caught. People are trying to sneak in my room, and he put me by the exit door where they put my life in Jeopardy. I’ve already been shot one time. I’ve been crying Victim, and just just by the way that he denied another room availability. I was in so much wanted to see them further remain on the property as I felt that you know he was not in my the right intentions to greet me in the property. And this is a general manager, so I advise you guys if you’re gonna book to stay there then just go. Don’t go there. Not not not a fear when I have a good day because I did Cash people trying to look trying to swap through my walls. When I was supposed to get ready to check out and ask for my refund, he did. He enforce not to give me my Money back until I started getting in Contact with corporate site.

We loved the hotel and the room…the first night I took my little one swimming and we had a blast. There is a fire pit and grill outside the pool good to help warm up and get dry. Everything was good until we realized we weren’t the only ones in the room with us. We were accompanied by roaches. I woke up in the middle of the night and they were all over the place. I’m in there Stomping like Kirk Franklin…and praying I don’t wake up the little one. My other issue is the room I purchased sleeps 4 and they give you towels for 2 people. In order to get new towels you have to turn in the old towels. That was a real irritant because I was in her face at the time and she wanted me to go back upstairs and walk the dirty towels back down….is that not what room service is for. Other than the towels and roaches I would have given them more stars because the hotel was nice!

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. Everything was just wonderful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. I mean, everything was wonderful. I couldn’t find nothing that I disliked about the hotel.

Bad

The AC was loud as heck and there were cockroaches in the room. The front desk receptionist when I checked out was less than helpful.

Nothing Everything

We found 3 cockroaches in the first 5 minutes in the hotel. We left the property and found elsewhere to stay. The manager was helpful when I told him the reason for leaving.

I like the suite because the room was separate from. The living room area I did like that the hotel was very out dated very nasty you can tell the house keeping is not keeping up the property properly. There were roaches all over the kitchen in the room I was in not to mention in the dining area where they serve breakfast there were roaches as well. I had to be moved from the original room i was in because of the horrible mildew smell. Just to be moved into a room where the curtains were filthy the restroom floors were nasty, nothing about this property was worth the drive or money I spent

Very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and courtious. Breakfast was very good. Also, a great price for the room.

They never came to clean the room ( stay was 3 nights) hot water didn’t work. Had to change rooms due to the bed being extremely hard. The rooms stink really bad. So disappointing and dissatisfying
