The locks on the room Customer service needs to improve

Staff when checking out was very rude when I asked about another room if I pay again because their tv had no channels that work for my baby to watch anything.

I had no problems with the staff. The room was clean and it didn’t have a smoke smell. The tv was cable only but everything else was fine.

We loved the room services , they didn’t force them selves in to clean or anything. Being me and my partner clean our own room most the time all they had to do was restock our towels and mop the floor. Only down fall was the water would soak the floor from the shower easy! And the laundry service is only open from 9am-9pm. It’s not 24/7.

Was hard to find it was off the map or GPS

You can’t even go into the lobby because it is locked (even during the day). It says breakfast is provided, but that is not true. There is nothing at all. There’s also no vending machines anywhere on the property nor ice machines. They also do not even provide plastic cups or ice buckets in the rooms.. absolutely nothing! They sell canned sodas for $2 each at the pay window (cash only). It is ghetto all the way. Take my advice and keep going. There’s a really nice new hotel across the street called Sonesta and there’s a great Holiday Inn right down the street. I promise you you won’t have those problems at either of those facilities. Days Inn needs to close this one down. Shameful!

It was next to a Waffle House I got twin smoking room instead of king non-smoking at first and had to argue for a room change. Representative tried to charge me extra for the room change

Location They have everything for a breakfast but don’t let you in the building. You only get to go to the night window.

Its prices are ok It's dirty, tv doesn't work, roaches, mold no hot water old towels and sheets. It's really loud from the traffic. No breakfast. Vending machines don't work. People fighting and partying all night

Nothing Roaches . Employees didn’t do anything but hand us cleaning spray.
