Very helpful staff and clean rooms. Breakfast served

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and ensured we had fresh towels daily. It was easy navigating to and from the hotel.

Terrible hotel

The desk attendant was great and had great customer service the overall experience was ok the towels were stained and my husband saw a roach but he fixed that issue so if they can fix that issue it’s an ok spot I would visit again.

Absolutely nothing. Staff was completely rude, actually screened at me about the fact that my service animal was over their weight limit, so since they were"pet friendly", I paid a pet fee. I booked the room for 2 days and left after the first night . This place should be closed down. 3 floors and every exit door was locked from the inside. Only way out was the front door. I'm forwarding this review to the appropriate departments including the fire Marshall See above

Everything was great room and staff

My stay was nothing what I expected. The room was clean with fresh air. Breakfast had everything you will need -- eggs, hashbrowns, cereals, fruits, etc. Also they have a small shop next to the reception with snacks, which is a nice detail. The staff was exceptional and helpful. The mirror light at the bathroom turns off by itself after couple of seconds which can get pretty annoying.
