It was nice and the people running the desk was kind and thoughtful

The only reason I would consider coming back is that the front desk lady was very friendly and the process went smoothly.

Breakfast was great.

Room smells like mold, broken AC unit, pool out of service, they don't accept cash to buy bottle waters...

La alberca no funcionaba, las llaves siempre fallaron y había cucarachas, un pésimo servicio.

The property was clean, but the room was changed at the last minute and could not accommodate the room as requested. There were wet spots within the carpet in the room. No cups, no coffee, no facial tissue, the remote was missing 1 battery and the amenities such as the pool and hot tub were out of order. The room was ok, but the tub was very slippery as if it hadn’t been rinsed after a shampoo. The staff were very nice and friendly. Parking was convenient.

Ther room was dirty the rest room was not cleaned there was used soap & shampoo the ac didnt work properly they was trying to give me a room prior to that , that was being used & the audacity to assume i smoke weed told me where to smoke never again

Hot tub was out of order and the pool door had a sign that said closed by the Texas department of health. But it wasn’t advertised during the time of reservation. We had a roach in our bathroom. It’s a mess. They didn’t want to give us a third wash cloth of our third guest.

We discovered the hot tub and electrical short when my wife had her arm by one of the lights in it start to go numb from electricity seeping out from it. Maintenance did quickly shut it down after I informed them. Front desk staff seemed bothered at best when asked for simple things, like shampoo and conditioner because our room was not stocked with them. Not the stay I was hoping for before having to fly home at 5 am.

The staff is nice, and the facility was very clean.

The AC in my first room didn’t work. Once I was moved to a new room the tv didn’t work.

Smelled mildewy and stale

Staff was friendly good location Room smelled of mildew. Was in a room on a floor with construction had to walk through it to get to room. Pool was closed when was told by booking it was open
