Nothing There were homeless people in the vicinity of the hotel. The facilities are very run down

Big room and clean room Sheets with holes. Try to call reception but phone was not working. Walked there and informed that I need batteries for remote control and asked for clean towels. The guy in the reception gave me a box of batteries to try it in the remote control. When I asked towels, gave me a bag and told me to go to my room and put it there and come to reception to get only one towel for shower. Very lazy and unprofessional employee.

Can’t think anything would be nice, it’s not like you’re getting a room for free for the headache you experience. Humidity and wet floor means health hazard. Smell of moisture in the room, floors get wet with humidity levels. Cracked window. Lack of towels or proper hotel amenities standards.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very nice and understanding, and family friendly place. There is nothing I don't like

He makes me feel really safe The lady who was so rude to me I guess it is Tony's wife but everyone else kind of makes me feel better about staying there... I have two children and I'm 5MTHS pregnant (transitioning into a home right now )and my children make a mess and I was in the middle of cleaning my room with my door open for some fresh air and she comes walking by telling me that " I NEEDED TO CLEAN MY ROOM IMMEDIATELY AND I NEEDED TO GET ROOM SERVICE RIGHT THEN" MIND YOU I HAD BEEN ASKING FOR ROOM SERVICE FOR THE PAST TWO AND A HALF DAYS NOBODY CAME BUT WHEN THEY FINALLY DID COME ROOM SERVICE LADIES ARE AMAZING I'M SURE THEY WERE JUST TRYING TO LET ME GET SETTLED IN... THEY CAME IN AND JUST DID THEIR THING THEY ARE AWESOME ??

I have never had a bad experience until this time. The air conditioner in my room didn't work. They told me to turn it off and unplug it for a little bit. I had to do that several times. There was no microwave when I told Tony he said we will figure something out and never did, no remote for the TV. Didn't offer me another room. I went back in to use the restroom and the women who I believe is the owner also. Was upset because my son took the locks off the window so we could open it cause it was hot due to broken air conditioner. I was told by Tony I could open the window. The window would not open. When I told her that the air conditioner didn't work that's why we were trying to open window she told me she didn't care. That they gave me a nice room and we didn't appreciate it so there for I can no longer rent here. I am ok with that. After being Told she didn't care that her air conditioner didn't work I would not rent here again anyway. If her version of a nice room is broken air conditioner water damage on the walls and windows that don't open. I would really hate to see what herer version of a bad room is.

Everything its comfortable

The house keeping staff were very friendly and always made sure I had everything I needed. Had no problem giving me clean towels when I missed them coming to my door in the morning gave them to me that evening without a problem and very understanding on why I missed them that morning.

Very nice and friendly staff made me feel very welcome very accommodating pool and jacuzzi No breakfast

Nothing. Roaches , Rude management , everything about this hotel is horrible don’t recommend ! holes in the covers , roaches bad !!!!

It was a roof over my head Lots. No toilet paper, some lamps in room didn't have working light bulbs. No remote for TV, wasn't that clean, roaches.

Nothing I was there 3 days. Upon arrival the room smelled, roaches and they never came to clean room or replace towels, beds were comfortable, but I was fearful that linens were never changed from prior customers. I didn't leave because I had no choice. It was closer to airport, as I was leaving Houston. Roaches everywhere in Houston. Terrible stay. I lifted linen, mattress didn't look clean. Horrible place to stay.....Bye Houston ...Oh yeah cheap flat pillows

The Staff My Room 118 was Full of ROACHES

Easy check in, microwave and mini fridge in the room, AC worked very well No continental breakfast or coffee. No vending machinesjust an ice machine, peeling wallpaper and chipping paint throughout the common areas. Hot tub and pool only open 10-10 but check out is 11a. Hot tub looked green like algae built up

The cleaning staff DID NOT wait until a person answered the door, she just walked in and was very impatient.
