A gem of Houston North. It used to be a Hilton. I was here for the World Cup, next time I’m in Houston I’ll look for it. Top Notch. Best value per $ of all my stays.

We loved this cute hotel. Its location near the airport and highway was ideal as well.

The hotel is good for its cleanliness and location near IAH airport. Room service staffs are not friendly and no towel on their morning room change and need to get it from front desk and wait for long time to arrive into the room. Gym out of towel as well. Friendly front desk and able to check in quickly. Room is spacious for family of 3. Overall, decent price for decent stay…

Property is very clean and staff is exceptional. We felt very welcomed. We will definitely be back to Kozy.

The manager at this property was absolutely amazing. She gave me great recommendations to where I should go to get my son a cake for his birthday. The staff there were also very respectful and helpful. The only thing I would say is that my room didn’t get cleaned at all my whole stay and I was there six days. Also, no microwave in rooms only in breakfast area.

Clean rooms, helpful and courteous staff, great breakfast options, convenient location. Pool area was nice and it has a nice outdoor seating area to relax. I wish the bar had been open but that wasn't a big deal for us.
