Now this hotel needs a MAJOR upgrade. Let me start with the escalator from the parking garage to the front desk. There is a sign telling you it’s broken and that you can offload at valet. Well if I’m already standing at the sign, how does that make sense? That information should have been emailed. The escalator had also been out of service since the summer, I came in September. The rooms were soooo outdated. The wallpaper was chipping. The fact that I could not watch ANYTHING on television without having to pay, was asinine. The way the hotel nickels and dimes you would think the interior would look different… The STAFF and the fact the hotel is lowkey would be why I would go back but it needs a major upgrade!!!!

Rooms are dated. Valet is $40 a day and the hotel is average.

The hotel was great, the only issue was the parking garage needs more signs and directions

Customer service was great!! Bathroom in the room needed to be updated and the room barely cooled off during the night.

2. There was a really bad smell in the room whenever we’d come back from outside of the hotel. 3. We had to ask 2-3 times for towels and eventually had to go to the front desk and get them ourselves. 4. There’s no microwave in the rooms you have to go to a whole different floor. 5. Rude employees, asked about WiFi and the person at the front desk says “must be a user error the WiFi is fine down here.” 6. That also brings me to say that the WiFi is just terrible we couldn’t connect our laptops to it because it would say it’s connected but there was no internet.

Very disappointing experience. There is no elevator from the parking garage to the lobby, which is extremely inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The electric escalator was also not working, making it even more difficult to get to and from the garage. On top of that, parking cost $50 for just one night, which is unreasonable given the lack of convenient access. Overall, the parking situation was frustrating and not what I expected. Definitely not worth $50 a night, and I would not recommend it.
