DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Houston - Greenway Plaza

Breakfast is not buffet style. You get a coupon for $18 off at the front desk, but that was not explained upon check in. The waiter told me that when I came to breakfast. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Towels and turn down service were timely. I usually have to request extra towels at other hotels. The towels were replenished every day without me having to chase them down. The elevators were fast, which was a good thing since I ubered everywhere.

upon arrival, there were four of us in line to check in, but there was NO one behind the check in desk -- that is a big no no for a hotel to do that. Eventually a lady came and assisted everyone. had there been a second person behind the desk, that would have been extremely useful. escalator from parking garage to lobby was broken. key card to access the parking garage did not work. the bottles of shampoo and body wash in the shower put out tiny drops of liquid. you have to press multiple times and still don't get enough coming out to be helpful. also, i requested my Hilton Honors # be entered into the system and the clerk flat out refused to do it. in short, this hotel is being very poorly managed and it shows; will not go back there and cannot recommend this property to anyone else.

The Doubletree Hotel at the Greenway Plaza is located in a perfect spot for Houston central. The staff are accommodating and very understanding to our needs as guests in the busy world of Houston.

The property was very nice and clean

The only thing we had a problem with was valet parking. It was very confusing trying to locate

The carpets in the hallways and the rooms smelled very dirty.

I didn’t like they changed the parking too expensive $30 a day. I buy online Expedia not really said that clearly. I won’t order that again.

Would most definitely stay here again when returning back to Houston staff was friendly room was clean, nice and cold comfortable beautiful hotel all together ready to be back in Houston.

They are very helpful and very honest gyd members definitely a Big help in the situation we was in yesterday after check-in my women loss her purse 👛 😢 with all her credit cards nd money 💰 nd house keys 🔑 business key they found it and returned it we are forever grateful 🙏 for there honest and would recommend others too stay nd return are self in Houston the Manger are guy in charge Biggest help

It a little confusing getting around into the hotel from the highway that was the only problem,Everything else was lovely the room was clean and the staff were friendly I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The room sheets were stained. There was no hot water

Stay was uneventful. Only problem I had was I was depending on the shuttle service to get to my morning appointment and the service WASNT available. Forcing me to pay for an Uber
