Houston Grand Hotel - River Oaks

We enjoyed our stay, room is spacious and cozy the only downside side is we booked two queen beds and we ended up having two full size beds little bit smaller than we were expected but it was nice!

No free parking and staff

The property is ok but very dated and deferred maintenance is visible especially outside. There is no self parking on property only valet And the cost is really high. The staff is very pleasant. I would go back if the price was right but would uber to and from appointments as it would be cheaper than the valet charge

Staff was professional, attentive & friendly.

When we let the staff know that when we called for extra towels, Kleenex, etc due to the bathroom not being serviced, that evening they left a thoughtful note and had cookies and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us. We appreciated them making things right.

This hotel is gorgeous in every way. Every detail is taken care of, and all of the staff are polite, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed. I would highly recommend booking this property.

Staff was helpful. My room was very spacious and clean. I liked the patio with chairs and the large tub. I would have really liked a coffee shop with speciality drinks.

We had had great time - everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Convenient location

I was surprised by how great this hotel was z beautiful property and helpful staff.

Glad the hotel is in good hands with committed people. Renovations are planned and the Grand will be the very best hotel in Houston.
