Drury Inn & Suites Houston Near the Galleria

I've stayed at the Drury hotels in the past they were all great!! This trip was different, this time two of my medications were taken from my room. And to make it even worse, no one at the hotel seemed to care. I spoke with the manager about it and at checkout he didn't even remember me. And when I reminded, he just said, "I hate that happened".

The property was very nice

Very comfortable room! Bed and pillows were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Every thing was great, this will be our go to hotel every time we visit Houston!!

Love the breakfast and the dinner

Quick week end gateway with the family. Conveniently located close to shopping mall, restaurant and amenities. Quiet and spacious room. Complementary breakfast and dinner. Secure location and parking lot. This is definitely our spot everytime we are in town.

Room very clean breakfast very good

The free meals really make a difference - both breakfast AND dinner are included. It's not the most up-to-date hotel, but the location and amenities make a big difference.

Hotel was pretty dated but overall was a good stay. Every employee that we encountered was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The evening food was an added bonus.

Great place for a family!

Basic hotel next to the highway, rooms were quite large and relatively quiet. Nothing special, no issues with the room or staff.

The only downside was that the sheets in our room were not properly cleaned upon arrival. I hope the housekeeping team improves this area, because everything else about the stay was truly enjoyable. Despite that, I loved my time here and would definitely come back. The hospitality and service made a big difference, and I look forward to staying again.

Shower suck water temperature wast working. Room head a smell we had to spare our cologne to make the room feel more friendly

We stayed overnight in a nice, clean, comfortable room. Check-in and check-out was quick and friendly. Our price included evening drinks and hot food which was plentiful. All the staff we dealt with were happy and helpful.
