La Quinta Inn Ste Hou Galleria

Nothing it’s been demolished! We arrived with no notification from booking.com to a hotel that had been pulled down! Not the best experience with a family and having driven 4 hours. It’s a pile of rubble

Hotel was closed weeks ago.

The room was very nice. The hallway floor was wet. And the never sent my deposit back.

Facilities are old and not kept up well. Rooms needed to be updated too, carpet is old and smells. Room forts were not very secure, lobby and hallways looked old and dirty

Pretty and clean. Back door had NO LOCK at all! There were lots of available rooms- not crowded- but we were put next to people smoking nonstop- it was coming under the door! And they had a barking dog with a woman screaming at the dog. Nonstop loud racing on the 610 highway. Oh and no hot breakfast like we always got before.

In addition: the carpet was super disgusting. I tried walking bare foot and realized it was sticky! and when checking its smell, it smelled like animal pee. The shower did not work and the warm water was lukewarm. This seriously affects your reputation. I spoke to other clients who were also pretty disgusted!

The location was good The beds are very very hard we didn’t well at all and it needs a good cleaning in the hallway it stinks really bad all the time the carpet is nasty

Location only No facilities, not clean

The room was very spacious, very clean. It didn't have a stale smell that some hotels have. The breakfast was severely lacking. The wifi was unusable and unsecured. There was no fridge or microwave in our room, which was quite the let down.

The staff is the saving grace for this location. It is grossly outdated. It feels like corporate forgot about this location.

Just that it was close to freeway There was black ants outside the rooms, the room i stayed at had pubes in shower, i got charged 14 dollars for 3 ice creams guy over charged us when it says they were 2.50 didnt get refunded! Cause payment went thru on cashapp! Had room service knocking at 6 am in my door!

A lot of traffic noise, the bed was very uncomfortable, roaches in the room and no protein options at all for breakfast. Very disappointed for $130.

The room was big and roomy and the staff was very friendly and polite

Front desk staff have been amazing. Cold shower, no hand soap, and long black hairs left in shower

The employees were amazing We had to switch rooms because door kept locking us out. The walls and ceiling were dirty in room 417. There was water damage everywhere. Bathroom doors weren’t working right. Torn carpet at bathroom door.

The breakfast was good. You could use an air conditioner cleaning. The carpet was a little dirty. Overall, for the money, it's not bad!

Nothing. It was a terrible experience. I checked out earlier. Couldn’t handle the smell and dirt I didn’t like anything. The service, the food and the room were really disappointing

Great location, good room and services. Some hallways are dirty and look old.
