Express INN & Suites

The room was clean, but the bathroom was kind of dirty, stained and with spackle on the walls. The reception looked all under construction but there were no signs about that.. so I hope it was not just abandoned. I don't know.. kind of suspicious.

The hotel is right across the road, in case you plan on getting around quickly. The person who attends to you at the hotel is separated from you by a glass partition, protecting against robberies. That alone is somewhat frightening. The room door opens directly onto the parking lot, which is accessible to anyone. There were people loitering in the parking lot.

Location was good for going to an event at NRG. Good for the price! Clean and convenient with the gas station right next door. Bed was fairly uncomfortable, not great water pressure and could at times hear a lot of the road noise.

No deposit and they take cash

The room was freshly painted, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. TV and ac worked fine and there was hardly floor instead of carpet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was rock hard and pillows were overstuffed and also hard. No hairdryer in the room and no coffee.

We needed the larger refrigerator. But no kitchen necessities which I understand. So if you plan to use the kitchen bring paper towels, paper plates and tea pot or something to heat water because there isn’t a coffee pot. Still loved it! Can’t complain

Everything about the room was perfect! Clean, the bed was comfortable, the only issue with the room itself was we could not figure out how to work the tv remote. The remote would only turn the tv on/off and change the input. The hotel is right off the freeway, so noise is expected, but if you can sleep through it, you’ll be fine!

I loved how clean and well taken care of, for the price is a very nice place

No one is ever at the front desk. They don’t answer the phone unless you keep calling and when they do finally answer they are incredibly rude for no reason. Like I did something that personally offended them or interrupted them while they were scrolling through their phone.

The room is also very nice and well decorated.
