Buen servicio en general

Check in and check out staff was great! Breakfast choices not good. I asked if there will be insects in the room because there was one crawling on their counter and I was told no. However, the next night there was a roach in the bathroom so that was disappointing to see.

Great service! Staff are amazing. Room is phenomenal

Everyone was really nice with good attitude which was really important. The experience was excellent

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff is super nice and everything is clean. Very quiet hotel as well. Only issue is the water. The pressure for the shower can be higher. Management and staff is one of the best.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast with known brand pieces, lots of free parking area, pool looks small, didn't test

Desayuno continental bueno!

We had a very pleasant stay at Spark by Hilton in Houston this weekend. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the exceptional service we received from Fahim. He greeted us warmly, was very helpful, and made sure we felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. He also happens to be super nice and charming, which certainly didn’t hurt! ? Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. We look forward to staying here again.

The location was pretty clean due to the newness of the building and the gates worked. However, I did a specific search for Hiltons with providing breakfast as I am traveling for work and that’s an added advantage. But, rotten boiled eggs, bagels, and packets of Quaker instant oatmeal should not constitute as an actual breakfast, I’m sorry!!

the ckeaning staff cleaned it seemed continuously. rooms clean and budget friendly. the staff were all kind. nice assortment with the continental breakfast. gated parking in rear of building.

Very clean and quiet location my bed was so comfy I slept so good. The continental breakfast was ok.I wish they bad bacon and eggs but they did have decent bagels and toast. I will be coming back to Houston soon and will definitely book here again. The continental breakfast could have been alitte better.

El trato del front desk y la poca importancia que le dan a las reservaciones hechas a través de Expedía, simplemente le mente no acatan lo reservado

The room was clean, staffs were friendly, breakfast was limited but health choices, dining area was clean. gated parking lot was plus

Renovations are nice. Room very clean.Would stay again.
