Nice room and great location. Parking in secure garage. I came for work and still had time to unwind and enjoy myself thanks to Luiz and Margan who were so nice and attentive and even game me a free drink as a welcome gift. I love this hotel and will come again. If you are looking to stay in the Galleria area Aloft is the place to go!!!!

Had a wonderful time at the Aloft. Close to everything and the amenities are great. Beds are so comfortable and wifi is fast. Special thanks to Morgan& Lewis you guys made my stay memorable!!

I like everything about this place. The rooms, the lobby and bar, the outside fire place and seating area, the pool and gym, the breakfast, the secure parking, the staff, the view!!!! This is the only hotel I want to stay at from now on. To Morgan and Luis at the front desk I will see you guys again soon thank you for everything!!!!!!!!!!

Love this hotel! The rooms are super cute, and the bar has some really good drinks. Ask for bartender Frank he definitely won’t disappoint! The staff was amazing, and everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I made sure to get everyone’s names because they deserve a shoutout! Check-in was the best with Luis and Morgan. They even gave us a complimentary drink to start our night off right, and we had such a great time. They were so funny and made us feel right at home! The pool was a little small, but I absolutely loved the outdoor seating area. I didn’t have a chance to use the gym, but the equipment looked top-tier. I was also having trouble with my TV, and Lazzarro came right away and helped me get everything working. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Galleria Mall and plenty of restaurants. I had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Hotel is newly renovated and beautiful. Its clean and smells good. Great views and location. I love love love the gym. The staff is GREAT!!!!!

first off the hotel is at an amazing location and very walkable. morgan recommended the consertavory and I was very amazed on how smart she is and Luis, he also knows a lot of different things, more than the hotel.. we talked about our heritage because i now live in spain but am from mexico and he is spaniard from mexico so we connected in a deep level, talked about tradition and stuff. thankls aloft.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel celebrating my birthday! The lobby smells soooo good and has alot of cute spots to take pics. Good location close to the mall too. Morgan and Luis went above and beyond to make my stay extra special and truly memorable. Their kindness and thoughtful service made all the difference. Thank you for such a lovely experience I’ll definitely be back!

After a long trip, that free drink was exactly what I needed! Luez and Morgen were so welcoming and made me feel right at home. Really appreciated the hospitality and had a great stay!
