Location was good for me the hotel elevator didn’t have lights and it’s motion detection bad idea furniture in suite is very dirty and have not been cleaned I had 2 bedrooms suite king size the best they have and not worth it

My stay was great. The room was clean and linens were pristine. The foldout couch was a little wonky but I didnt use it so it didnt matter. The elevators were going through a midlife crisis, it seemed like. One worked well, the other decided it didnt want to open on certain floors unless you pushed the button to open the doors when it would stop. Neither elevator had a working light but thats ok ... They put a motion light in there so youre not traveling to your room in the dark! Great location. I would stay here again. YOU ARE CHARGED $25 PER DAY TO PARK IF YOU BROUGHT A CAR.

It is an excellent service. Love the breakfast and the parking

The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was good, that is why I give this Hotel a 2 star, if not it would be lower. We stayed one week, when we got to the hotel, only one elevator was working and without light, the next day both elevators worked but with no lights. There was an awful odor in the hallway to our room (someone or some pet peed outside in the hall) and we told the front desk various times and was cleaned the last day we were there. We called the front desk twice for towels and pillows and had to go down to get them because they never arrived. It’s more a problem of maintenance and house keeping. We only got one day of house keeping in the whole week we were there. If you plan on sleeping on the sofa bed know it is not comfortable.

Everything was good, just need the lights in the elevator fixed. Other than thar, staff was attentive and friendly.

Rooms were very clean. And the breakfast was fresh and ample

No cold water,

Their was also an issue with elevator lights not working and one being out of service. Other than that breakfast and cocktail hour were cool. Room were okay, but I think could have smelled better.
-
Elevator didn't work and the one that dud had no lights on Air in my room didn't work Halls smell of wet pet urine

The staff need to be more responsive when guests have complaints. Although my issues were ultimately resolved, the attention and responsiveness needs to be improved. I was almost exasperated with the slow response.

The biggest frustration was an emergency water shutdown that lasted for hours throughout the morning and into the afternoon. Unfortunately, this caused me to be late for an important morning meeting. Another issue was the elevator situation. With 15 floors and only one elevator operating, getting up and down the building felt like waiting for a Metro bus during rush hour. That said, there were a few bright spots. The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. They consistently greeted guests and provided great customer service. I also appreciated the security measures; requiring a room key for building access 24/7 made me feel safe as an out-of-town guest. The location was another positive. It was conveniently located near many tourist attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest. Overall, while the customer service, security, and location were top-notch, the condition of the hotel and the maintenance issues made for a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again

Hotel is located in very convenient distance to everywhere in galleria area. Hotel not modern but well maintained. Room was king two bedroom suite that was big and very clean. All bedrooms has tv and own bathroom. Live by room connected to the kitchen with refrigerator sink china and so on. Suits was very convenient to us thanks.

Staff was really good. Rooms are big like small studio apartments. They also had a free beer and food afternoon during our stay. Just the location. it takes 20-30 minutes to get to main street via bus. There are some convenient stops for the bus near by.

I didn't enjoy my stay here. Not worth the money. There are better options nearby. I had booked a suite; however, the bathroom fittings were dated. Room was big, air-conditioning was nice, but check in experience was HORRIBLE. Their card machine was not working and the woman at the front desk (name starting with a 'K' ...something like Keyeisha or some such name) kept saying that there's a problem with my card and she can't take a security deposit. I called up my bank and they confirmed there was no problem with the card. This person at the fron desk arrogantly told me I can't get the room keys because they aren't able to take a security deposit. This despite me having paid for my stay IN FULL in advance. What audacity! 3rd class service. Even their breakfast was what you'd find in a motel. The staff was rude and didn't seem interested at all. The only advantage is the short distance to the Galleria mall, but honestly there are many other options nearby worth exploring. One of the worst check in experiences I ever had. There is another Homewood Suites I stayed at in Memorial City, and it was so much nicer. But this one in Galleria should just close down or change its staff immediately.
