This was a short trip to Houston, but loved the location, staff, and how big the room was. Would def stay here again!

Ms. Zainab on the reception was awesome. Elizabeth was at the breakfast area and she was also the best…very friendly and greet us with smile. issues Parking is very expensive 55 dollars per night. Shower should be replaced.

A great location and well maintained hotel. The price was good too! A highlight were the valet attendants QP, Mohammed and Timmy. They were friendly and oh so efficient! They were so impressive compared to the many valets I’ve dealt with in the past.

It’s a little overrated for the price is was packed due to work cup game, the pool hasn’t been touched in a long time just one decent bar/restaurant/coffee in lobby , good location

We also had a day where the hallway stunk of weed. Thankfully it didn't come into our room, but extremely strong in the hallway. The positive was the valet. We never waited long for our car. The price of $50 a night is a bit steep, but at least they were very attentive. Long story short - would I pay a little more to stay at this hotel over any of the other surrounding hotels, no.

We had to wait over an hour to check-in because our room wasn’t ready at 8pm at night. This was alarming since we had prepaid for our stay and requested a double queen room. The front desk representative did give us free drinks vouchers for the bar as compensation but our kids were very irritated since we had just finished driving a few hours and then had to wait a while to get into our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
