The room where very clean and staff were very nice and helpful

This hotel is for families or couples that want a great experience with their stay. We absolutely recommend anyone to stay here. We will be coming back very soon. Easy parking, valet is available. Many restaurants and shopping in the area. Also very convenient, quiet and safe.

It was comfortable

Staff was so nice and welcoming every day and constantly helped with anything needed, room was very clean and well maintained.

Before our arrival, I reached out to the hotel to let them know we were celebrating my husband's birthday, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful. They went out of their way to make the occasion special, and their kindness truly made our stay worthwhile. Breakfast was amazing every morning! The only downside is that this property feels outdated compared to other DoubleTree locations we've stayed at. Since we didn't spend much time in the room, I didn't complain, but the headboard looked like it had dried drips or stains ALL over it, and looked terrible. The toilet seat was also peeling pretty badly but looked like it had been painted over. Also, we were told we had to request housekeeping or they wouldn't come yet after we left for the morning they did. I didn’t put the placard outside of the door and probably should have so just mentioning but it was definitely unsettling. Our valuables were moved but still there…Thank God! Also the hallway and the elevators had a strong 420 odor that lingered throughout our stay. I believe there were several guest actively smoking in the areas. Overall, the outstanding customer service, especially from Kyrus and staff, made up for the shortcomings, and left us with a positive experience.

I Didn’t Like The parkin & once i got checked in the next morning i tried to get coffee had to pay 4 for a cup & wasn’t complementary to breakfast i had to pay which i thought i had when i booked my room once i checked out this morning it wasn’t no cart to bring my belongings down from the 18th floor so i had to carry all my things down & that took so long because i had to wait 7 to 8mins to get on the elevator because of high traffic but u have 4 elevators seems as if 1 was workin im not a person that complains but these are things ya staff can look to up grade in these areas & yes i want be back & booked anything here i totally had a bad experience

The rooms were very old and the shower was not good. The toilet was leaking. The restaurant was not good at all

Excellent experience

Communication was outstanding. I received timely emails before check-in confirming everything was ready, His flight was heavily delayed, and he didn’t arrive until after midnight, but the late check-in was smooth and his room was ready. I really appreciate how easy and worry-free the whole experience was. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The carpet was dirty and had multiple large and small stains thru out - also pretty gross

My overall experience was extremely pleasant. No problems clean property and it's a 7 minute walk away from the mall.

Room was very clean and comfortable! Staff was very helpful and attentive, helped me retrieve some personal items left behind.
