Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The hotel was dirty, and the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. The staff was often unavailable when we needed assistance, and when we were able to find someone, the service was unfriendly. We were repeatedly told they were short-staffed, which seemed to affect every aspect of our stay. The manager also appeared to be in a bad mood and was not welcoming or helpful. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and inadequate staffing made this a frustrating experience. I would not choose to stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff

Clean room and friendly staff. Great location.

Electricity was off when we went to check in. They put us up at affiliate Home2 suites down the road. Horrible hotel. We paid for Embassy and got a cheap substitute with no attempt to make us whole. Bad experience.

The hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel’s jacuzzi was cold. The hotel room was warm, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Overall it was a good stay, but they need to fix the things above.

Great staff friendly throughout but was a bit outdated, could use a significant upgrade but the amenities made up for that

The stay was okay until the AC didn’t work at 3am. I called the front desk and she said maintenance wouldn’t be there til 8-9am. I said okay so what’s the resolution right now? She moved us to another room which was the right thing but I have 3 small kids so waking them all up and packing to go to another room was not ideal at 3am :/

My family and I had a remarkable experience. This was my first stay at Embassy Suites. I can assure you that it will not be our last. The staff were very professional and friendly. The set up of the hotel gives a feeling of Paris. The inside rooms overlooking the lobby is a beautiful architectural design.

Every thing went according to plan, great job embassy suites. Always bringing your A game. Will definitely be back

Front desk day staff was amazing and helpful. The room was outdated, ceiling looked like it was damaged from leaks. Dry wall/ceiling was falling apart and bathroom had hair in shower. The hot tub was cold.

Property is under new ownership with new rules and reduced amenities for an Embassy Suites property. Water faucet from our shower wouldn’t properly close therefore an all night drip was heard . Have to present your “ little coupon” if you want an omelette in the morning as well as being limited to two drink vouchers for HH .

Planned and entire itinerary for my husband's father's day weekend here. Because of the rain chances, I choose a hotel that would offer an indoor pool and hot tub. I even called before booking to verify that they did have them and that they were fully functional. I was told they were. We arrived Saturday afternoon, to the room not being ready. When we finally got to the room. The room had a terrible odor. It was HOT, and quiet honestly, for a suite, in a horrid condition. Furniture was dirty, curtains ripped, headboards with paint slapped on in the most sloppy way. We tried to make the best of it and just called to have the AC checked while we visited the "heated pool" and hot tub. #1, the heated pool, was freezing. The hot tub, was at 93°. We had 2 kiddos with us, so they spent most time in the hit tub because the pool temperature was almost intolerable for them. After starting the hot tub jets, we noticed the water was green, yuck. 1 kid ended up sick to ger stomach after out visit. #2, The AC was checked, but room temp never got better. Lastly, the elevators, garbage, honestly, probably a safety hazard. First time on, it took us to the 5th floor, never opened, and went back down . This was ABSOLUTELY no where near the expirience I was expecting my husband to enjoy, especially for the price of 1 night. Save your money & go else where. You'll save yourself the headache, literally. This place is worn down. Shame that Hilton would put it's prestigious name on such a bad spot.

Overall, this was a major disappointment. The issue was not necessarily the hotel brand or name, but rather the quality and availability of the staff and services provided.
-
Hotel was decent. Slightly outdated. Elevator takes forever and there's no stairs. Convenient location though.

The staff were all very friendly including the front desk and the ladies at breakfast. I appreciate the very clean room and the fact that it didn’t smell because this is an older hotel in The Galleria area. I booked a king suit and definitely worth the space.
