Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Galleria Area

Parking is not free. I hope that part can be improved.

My bed stank like vomit I ask for housekeeping to come clean the room and change bedding three times and nothing got done. After communicating 3 times to the front desk. I ended up taking the bedding of the bed. It was a horrible experience

The amenities list says there is an EV charger. There is NOT.

Fire alarm kept going off and we were asked to leave facility, staff not so courteous because I was not dressed professionally was treated as unimportant. Which it shouldn't matter what you look like being courteous needs to be implemented more at this facility. Very disappointing microwave wasn't working properly at all. Had to unplug it in and out which is a hazard. Just not what I expected.

The lobby staff were friendly .Excellent service and attention. the room was comfortable and clean. The parking was secure .

The front desk employees were very nice and attentive. Having coffee in the lobby area was great as well!

But if you’re staying here, ask to not be roomed at the top floor. There is a persistent odor on the entire floor. Everything else was okay though.

We ended up laughing and chatting about nails 💅, which made the check-in process feel so personal and enjoyable. It wasn’t just a check-in—it was a fun, informative, and memorable experience. Her customer service was truly elite. She even did such a great job explaining the breakfast options that I decided to purchase breakfast for the next morning! I definitely want to acknowledge Kiera for her outstanding service. Thank you so much for making such a wonderful first impression—you truly made my stay start off on the right note! 💙⭐

Bad food, poor choices, they did not do the cleaning as requested, tv remote control didn’t work, they could be better.

The staff were very friendly and happy to greet us; we were even able to check in early. It was in walking distance to the Galleria and restaurants. The only problem we noticed was when the AC kicked off in our rooms it got stuffy.
