Sonesta ES Suites Houston Galleria

Great location: 3 minute walk to the Norstrom Store of the Galleria, and walking distances to restaurants, bars and stores. The property is well maintained, plenty of parking. Hot breakfast and good quality coffee (so you don't have to go look for Starbucks). Staff are friendly and very attentive. Facility is well maintained. The laundry room (The Soap) is very clean, better than some of the homes. Plus the reasonable price, this is a great hotel to stay for a short shopping trip.

Day staff were exceptional

The room was not clean. carpet stained, room very dusty and dirty. And the air conditioner was LOUD. I reported my concerns to the front desk man and he not very willing to help. The dirt room and uncaring staff

Clean, safe location, comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Good value compared to other places we’ve stayed. Hotel is not a newer one, but it is well kept, nonetheless.

Never good to greet your guests with furniture in the hallways from a room being remodeled.

The room was spacious with kitchen and dining area. Free hot breakfast was provided with plenty of food. The road of the covered parking lot was broken during my stay.

The breakfast was very good and the employees were very cordial and helpful. The room was outdated and the king size mattress was lumpy. Due to the poor mattress, my wife and I had a hard time getting comfortable.

Great location, you can literally walk from the hotel to Nordstrom to go into the Houston Galleria Mall, however the room had many drawbacks. The restroom door would not fully close, the heater did not work so the A/C kept blowing cold air despite being in the 30s/40s outside so we spent a terribly cold night, and the whole building stinks like cheap air fresheners trying to mask a funky smell. Would not recommend, the location is the only good part unfortunately.

breakfest included I think a bit of an upgrade to the bathroom could be done. A/C must be checked as room smelled to humidity when you come in.

The hotel was newly renovated. Lova how clean and comfortable everything is! Even the breakfast was simple but a lot of choices for american breakfast and would definitely stay there again! Oh and also walkable to the Galleria which is very convenient!
