Enjoyed out stay!

They were so great!

Sticky floors from cleaning agents that melted the color off the soles on my shoes, 30 yr old furniture that would break if I sat on it. Old TV, no menu or guide, 5 channels that were watchable. AC was very old but at least cold. Bed cover looked for 40 yrs old. Sheets were clean thankfully. Could not use shower or bath tub. Had chemicals or chemical stains in tub. I wouldn't risk using it. Would rather have slept in my truck bed.

the room had roaches the room had a nasty smell the room had no working microwave room had light bulbs missing in the bathroom the room had nasty carpets the room had nasty sheets with holes in them it was disgusting and they have bed bugs

Elevator don’t work, pool is closed, looked clean but closed with a red paper, probably was from the city. I mean this place is what you can imagine a $48 a night place is… killed 3 bugs within the first 20 mins of entering room. Staff was nice, I’ll give them that. Neighbors are loud and up all night. I wouldn’t dare bring my kids there. Basically, if you’re short on money. Pay for your room, run to it. Lock the door. Stay in the room.

Staff was pretty nice and helpful, this place is a constant reminder of “you get what you pay for”… in this scenario, you get slightly less than what you pay for… pool don’t work, they’re painting, pool don’t work, no breakfast as advertised, coffee only… carpet is trash, lots of people being loud, heard multiple people having sex haha this was just a real life experience… close to some good food options….. I remember it’s like $50 for the night… my bed was clean, comforter was easily 30 years old lol, seen 2-3 bugs in the room every day. They seemed cool and down to earth haha killed them though. Sorry. This place made me a murderer of bugs hahaha

To be honest Great Value Inn isn’t a 5-star luxury hotel, but for those going through a difficult season, it has been one of the more decent budget motels I’ve stayed in. I’m an entrepreneur and business owner caring for my disabled sister. We recently had to leave our home because of its conditions-not eviction-and although we found housing, getting financially caught up takes time while dealing with motel costs and car repairs. Yes, there are roaches, I won’t sugarcoat that. But compared with a Motel 6 where roaches were EVERYWHERE and I aggressively contacted the health department, this has been much more manageable. What stands out here is the security, peace and management. They keep the property under control, address noise and disturbances quickly, and don’t allow people to hang around causing problems. They genuinely care about the property and their guests. Jessica deserves recognition. She’s been respectful, understanding and accommodating, especially with my blind sister. I don’t love the random room checks, but I understand management may have reasons for it, and they respected my concerns with my sister blindness. The rooms aren’t luxury, but my bathroom and bathtub have been clean. If you want upscale, this isn’t it. But if you need somewhere affordable, quiet, secure and decent while getting back on your feet, I recommend it. Give respect, follow the rules, and get respect in return. For what it is, I give Great Value Inn 5 stars because they sincerely try! ❤️

Esta muy bien para un hotel económico esta limpio y no hay desorden de personas un poco si de humedad al apagar el aire pero de resto todo bien

Whatever you do, **do not book your stay here.** There were prostitutes hanging around outside the property, the room key didn’t work at all, and there were roaches everywhere\. To top it off, they even charged a **$40 deposit** for a room that was in terrible condition\. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend staying here\.

The a/c stopped working this guy scolded me for turning it off , this same guy tried to take my deposit because a towel was dirty. This guy put me on no return
