The staff were friendly and helpful. Awful breakfast, no restocking of food . No milk for cereal . Found hair on towels that supposed to be clean .Our belonging got locked in the safe , took 2 hours to drill it open .

The staff were all doing a great job. We booked a suite it was spacious and clean. However, the fixtures in the bathroom need fixing and there was a unpleasant smell when we come in the room.

I like it that the hotel is clean and neat. And the staffs are very nice.

The breakfast was ok to something to write about but the room was clean and quiet.

Cleanliness Even though I was switched rooms, there is a musty smell of mold in the rooms. It’s as if the vents aren’t cleaned or the property has no proper ventilation or airing out system. I couldn’t have spent more than one night there. Other than that, the check in people and the manager were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate.

It was clean and comfortable. While checking in, I was told they overbooked for a room with 2 beds, which is what I had booked. He asked if I was okay taking a king bed instead. I wasn’t because I had my family with me, then he said okay, we do have a room with double beds. I didn’t like that encounter but everything else was good.

Walking in the staff was polite. The hotel was clean as well as the bedroom and bathroom. The continental breakfast was delicious,with making pancakes and sitting down to watch TV along with a n I ce cup of coffee; to getting a quick muffin before you leave.

Awesome for the price

I love everything about the property. I was visiting from Florida and this hotel is my second home every time I visit Houston. The staff and personnel were all amazing, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fabulous and most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable to sleep in! See you next time!

They asked me to come downstairs and pay again, but I told them I had proof of payment and would be happy to show my receipt in the morning. There was no reason to disturb me at such an hour over an issue that could have waited until the next day. I hope the hotel improves its communication and verifies payment records before waking guests in the middle of the night. This experience significantly affected my stay.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I paid for my room in full when I checked in and had the receipt to prove it. However, at around 3:00 a.m., the front desk called my room and claimed that I had an unpaid balance. Being woken up in the middle of the night for a billing mistake was extremely frustrating. I explained that I had already paid and that I had my receipt.
