Romana Hotel

I was booked for two days but not able to sleep a night got bug bite. Left immediately in next morning despite of two night booking.

Worst hotel ever

From the time of check in and after the receptionist was very rude worse attitude. Worse customer service. Not sure how he’s staffed there he was too busy watching tv…Another customers there he was yelling at while I was in the middle of going over the check in. When i mentioned I was having issue w/ door not opening he laughed & said umm did you push the door like no duh. It was hard getting in. Tv was on & was told andd … lobby super icky humid. Elevator missing buttons as well super hot. Room on 6th floor broken chair middle of the area. Roaches in the room & restroom. Tub was horrible it filled up and took all night to go down. Towels had stains. Fixtures also some outlets didn’t work and missing. The air conditioner worked off/on throughout the night. Area has homeless and prostitution going on just a hot mess. Definitely unsafe and wouldn’t ever recommend to anyone!

Dead roach on the floor of the hotel room. Bugs crawling up the door. This place should be condemn

The lobby courtesy clerk was aggressive to me. He used profanity towards me. Ask that I have to pay a $40 deposit, which I did not know through hotels.com app, and he didn't let me stay as a guest as being a customer that I paid the amount of $33 dollars to stay at the hotel. I lose $33 dollars and no stay at the hotel room. I would never want to stay in that motel anyways by staff members treating customers very aggressive using profanity towards them. The lobby was so hot and dirty anyways do not recommend that motel never to any customers.

Disappointing

This place isn’t it. I recorded everything I walked in. I paid 31.21 plus an additional 40 deposit when I arrived. It had holes in the ceiling and wall. The bed had a stain on it. They didn’t have any baseboards. The toilet had urine on it. The furniture was broken and very outdated like my grandmother house. I didn’t even have a remote to the tv. It was hot in my room even though the ac was on 60!! Also ROACHES!! I killed 5 when I walked in! I had spray then at night right when I went to sit on the bed 4 crawling under the pillows!! This place needs serious renovations or torn down!!

Un asco de ambiente totalmente inapropiado para familia Sucio por fuera y horrible por dentro las fotos con las q se anuncia en Expedia son falsas si alguna vez fue asi hoy en dia no lo es ,Es un lugar Horrible. It’s a disgusting place. The atmosphere is awful and completely unsuitable for families. It’s dirty on the outside and horrible on the inside; the photos on Expedia are fake—if it ever looked like that, it certainly doesn't anymore. It’s a horrible place.

Nothing Nothing

Not much The gentlemen working the front desk yelled at me and told me he was too busy to rekey my door card. Worst experience ever

The air didn’t work in the lobby elevator or hallways . Bathroom wasn’t clean towels were stained . A fire started while there .

Convenient Roaches to much. Bad for babies and adults easily crawl in ear

I honestly didn’t there was roaches and stains everywhere and I had got my car keys stolen It was nasty they don’t care for the people that are staying there
