    I stayed at this hotel on July 6, 2026. Initially, I discovered it on Expedia, where the photographs appeared appealing, and the exterior looked good. However, upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by an unpleasant odor reminiscent of mothballs and stale mop water. When I approached the front desk, the attendant did not offer a greeting or inquire if I needed assistance, so I proceeded to present my identification. After checking in, I took the elevator to my designated floor, only to experience a malfunction where the elevator stopped between the second and third floors. Following this incident, my keycard failed to work, so I had to take a trip back downstairs to have it reactivated. Upon reaching my floor, I was met with a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. Upon entering my room, it did not meet my expectations. The room had an unusual odor, and I noticed hair scattered on the bathroom tub and floor. Additionally, the ceiling had small black spots, and the ventilation system triggered my allergies. However, I did find that the sheets on the bed were clean and the appliances were operational. This hotel did not align with the description provided on the Expedia app. Nonetheless, if you are seeking an affordable last-minute option, I hope you find your stay enjoyable. I did notify the front desk of the incidents and nothing happened.

    The hotel itself was clean, but we had two issues with the original room. The TV didn't work and the mini fridge was also not working properly. Even though the staff said they were fully booked, they were able to get us into another room.

    The lobby smelled like dogs. There was always a 10 -20 wait to speak to someone at the front desk. The first room, the TV didn't work, and the work desk staff told me to push a few buttons in a sequence on the remote to get it to work. That didn't work. The second room, the remote didn't work, and the TV was stuck on a channel at a super loud volume when we walked into the room. It took us 10 minutes to figure out how to just turn the TV off. The room was clean but had an old, dusty stench.

    Additionally, the elevator didn't work as expected. We spent time in the elevator with other customers twice with the door opening and closing many times before it would actually ascend to the next floor.

    En la entrada habían jóvenes fumando marihuana, en el cuarto 410 habían cucarachas y decían que les iban a hechar insecticida pero nunca lo hicieron y en la 1era noche vi cómo a la persona que le dieron el cuarto de enfrente, le entregaron la llave de un cuarto que estaba ocupado! Solo escuché a la persona q estaba dormida adentro del cuarto gritar al escuchar que le abrían la puerta... todas las noche barricaba mi puerta por miedo a que fuera a entrar alguien... no me pude cambiar porque ya habíamos desempacado todo y por ser días de partido del mundial, no habían muchas opciones. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

    Got there after midnight tired after my work event, they ran my credit card again without my consent luckily it was declined. I did early check in and seemed that was useless because they did the entire check in procedure again. Get to room way in back reeked of marijuana finally get in room and horrible Tv was broken no phone in room to call used my phone to call front desk and line was busy each time I called. Walked up front and clerk was outside smoking told them about the TV and says change the channels it should work. I show him a video of the TV and me switching channels and that is when he says ok I will go over to see the problem. Tv was confirmed it was broken but nothing could be done as no tvs were available to switch out or rooms to be switched to either. He states a discount will be given but nothing. All night people were running back and forth upstairs the smoke of marijuana was worse and to top it off I am diabetic and the fridge in room didn't work my insulin pen was hot in the morning when I needed to inject making it impossible for me to use. I go to check out had to wait over 20 minutes to get my cash deposit back and still when I mentioned the discount they stated they knew nothing and nothing could be done. I don't see it right to pay for a stay where I got no rest felt insecure due to the smell of marijuana and all the running and screaming and talking all night that was going on during my stay and not have a phone in the room in case of an emergency was insane. I called cash app to report even booking.com and all I got with booking was automated AI no human to report this and cash app states they tried to contact booking.com but my complaint and charge could not be returned as no one could be reached. I have worked in hotel business for over 20 yrs and this stay has to have been not only the worse but scariest of them all.
