Very convenient location!! I like how well lit the property is, always had parking. It was clean, modern, and the staff was so helpful! Definitely will stay again

The breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast. It included the essentials like coffee, cereal, cold milk. Waffle mix for the waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, egg and sausage patties, fruit, yogurt. Thin walls. I was woken up a few times by loud parties and noisy doors closing all thru the night. Out of 3 of us, only I heard the noise.

Everything , not welcoming , the elevator wasn’t working and he still ask me what floor I would like to be on ? That’s not a question EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! The staircase was filthy. HOUSE KEEPING WAS MOST FRIENDLY!! There is more .

It was getto and dirty. The elevator was down. had to walk out four flights of stairs.

Everything was good at this property, only downside was that the elevators were not working but other than that everything checked out good

Then the looked like they haven’t cleaned it well at all it still had some hairs

Elevator is not working and they are not fixing it and the access cards are not working most of the times. We have to go to front desk and get the access again. This will be frustating for people who are staying in higher floors

The elevator is not working and I was assigned a room on the 4th floor. Also there was brown marks on the wall in the bathroom and the covers were filthy. The walls of the hotel overall was very nasty.

Booked a room because it was near the venue we had tickets for. I took my disabled mother with me because we were seeing her favorite artist. We get to the hotel and was told the elevator was broken and they only had 2nd floor and 4th floor rooms available. We had no choice but to stay because there were no other room available. I had to assist my disabled mother up a flight of stairs. If I had known the elevator was broken we wouldn't have even looked at this place. The wifi and the mini fridge did not work. The fridge was leaking from the bottom and the only reason we found that out was because we had the privilege of stepping on the wet soggy floor.
