Front staff was AMAZING!!! The gentlemen that helped us check in was wonderful. We were so exhausted upon arrival but He was very professional and very attentive to us. Super grateful. Thank you for your customer service!

We had a party of four and the staff and check-in was good. Very friendly we would stay again

We had to go down to the front desk the first 4 nights to get towels and we kept informing we need a clean up of our room, as our old towels were accumulating. But we had to wait until the 4th day to have our trash taken out and towels taken away. I do like that they have hot coffee and water 24/7.

I stayed here for the Houston Rodeo. Everything was good from start to finish. The breakfast was great. The staff was attentive. The property was clean and I felt safe in the area. It was pretty close to a lot of restaurants as well. The stadium was about a 15 minute drive.

the hot breakfast needs help! Items in room not working and no concessions were made once they were found to be not working.

The front desk staff were very polite, the rooms were clean. The lady from the bar was super rude.

Unfortunately, the muffins were not great and definitely the low point of the spread. Overall, it’s a typical hotel breakfast—convenient, but not something to get excited about.
