Grand Tuscany Hotel

Beautiful lobby and good staff. My only issue is the chair in the room was dirty and stained. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and quiet.

Good price for a comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable restaurant and bar. Our room key needed to be corrected a couple of times on a 3 night stay. It was quiet when we slept, but the pool seemed to make it a party destination where 2 low class women threw a wad of gum in the pool. We'd stay here again for the price and the pool. All but 1 staff were helpful.

This hotel was so beautiful from walking into the lobby all the way to the rooms & not to mention the huge beautiful lazy river they have. We really had the time of our lives. Everything about the stay was amazing. The receptionist was so sweet and friendly and helpful

The place was nothing short of amazing. The staff was friendly and nice. The check-in was a quick process and the rooms was clean. The bed was so comfortable and I will be back soon

For the price you pay, go elsewhere. No fridge, no microwave, no complimentary breakfast. Only 2 elevators for the whole hotel, which only 1 worked and showed no interest in getting fixed ASAP. $10 parking per day for only 20 parking spots, $20 per day for valet. Overall, you'd rather get more bang for your buck and this aint it.. Great pool view tho.

The hotel is beautiful. However, I would describe this hotel as bougie on a budget. Staff is friendly. Valet parking was not available. Outlets in my room did not work so we had to change rooms. Another guest was trying to hit on me at the front desk after saying no I was married. The pool area is cool because of the lazy river, but other guest were allowed portable speakers with very loud music. There were no pool towels available.

Nice looking No refrigerator in rooms. Only 1 elevator working

There was a wait for the elevators, not enough luggage carts. Overall building was nice.

A/c was very loud in room, no one answered room to front desk phone or cell to hotel phone, 10 to park and think there were 3 people staying there...didn't share they had a lazy river until we left..we saw it driving away. black out curtains had more light not dark in room at all

The lazy river style pool was nice. There are towels available to guests. The lobby furniture seems eclectic, but the location of the hotel is great and close to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel just needs to be deep cleaned all the mildew in shower corners, algae from the plants, cracks, rust, a total maintenance overhaul especially if you charging the price you charging it should be spotless
