False evacuation episode due to someone reverse vacuming the hallway and making a cloud of dust... hvac system in the hallways leaking, had to ask for essentials like shampoo to be refield many times without succes, dirty carpet in room leaking iron, bad hairdryer, guest services deliver a package that received for me to someone else had to deal with the issue for 3 days, crowded do to conventions and events. furrys, bonsais and other cultural event all in less than a week.. not a cheap hotel i get that it has its years but its a poorly ran and mantained facility. 54 dollar breakfast buffet for scrambled eggs and a waffle machine is over rated... better of searching for breakfast arround the vecinitys... would not recomend staying at this place for the price they charge

The AC stopped cooling mid night and the room was really hot. Also, consider replacing the cheap coffee machine and add a few additional tea bags.

We stay here every year for an event and staff has always been wonderful! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the onsite amenities we’ve used have always been great!

So everything was great except that I was supposed to have a room with a king bed and I got a room with two queens. Then I left some items in my room that when I called the hotel won't call me back so im assuming they were thrown away.

It was a nice hotel to be in. Nice and comfortable to settle down, unwind, and a delicious food.

It is really a 4 star hotel and worth the stay. Even though they can improve like keeping some stuff maintained, the staff were great and friendly and the room is very comfortable.
