I made a reservation here on Expedia when I got to the hotel to check in the rude hotel staff told me they don’t have a reservation for me and that Expedia does this all the time they didn’t have any rooms available and she was very, very rude I had to go to another hotel so they blamed it on Expedia

It was quiet, clean and the staff was very friendly. Everything was good.

This property is quiet, safe, clean, and amazing location. The office staff was very helpful and always smiling and ready to assist me. There are tons of restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and businesses nearby. I hope to return again very soon.

Everything seemed to be good except for the loud tenants in the next room who was banging on the walls and shouting in the middle of the night The guy next door seemed like a lunatic but that isn't your fault

I did not stay in the hotel for a single day so this is irrelevant. I got to the hotel and the staff told me to go check the rooms prior to payment. I had to use the staircase to check the room in question. The room was untidy and smells of cigarette. I complained that I had just done surgery and so I could be using the staircase for like 8 days. The staff was rude and told me that she would charge me the full amount. Low and behold, my credit card was automatically debited for the full 8 days. Up till now, I have not gotten back my money. I need the full refund ASAP

The service at reception was excellent. Clark was very attentive to the guests. The room cleaning staff should be more attentive; I think the room wasn't inspected before being put into service.

This hotel was trashy and elevator wasn’t working, wires were showing all over the place. Old looking rooms that claimed to be upgraded and supreme laughing out loud
