The room was very nice The staff was horrible the manager Lucy was very rude when I spoke to her about not wanting to leave my room in the scorching heat while housekeeping clean she told me to leave and never return if i don'tlike it. I definitely read all documents I signed and it is not mandatory for housekeeping to clean or you leave the room while they clean but it clearly states that InTown suites focus on the health and safety of guest. I definitely didn't feel that way so I definitely left and won't be returning

I made a reservation here on Expedia when I got to the hotel to check in the rude hotel staff told me they don’t have a reservation for me and that Expedia does this all the time they didn’t have any rooms available and she was very, very rude I had to go to another hotel so they blamed it on Expedia

This property is quiet, safe, clean, and amazing location. The office staff was very helpful and always smiling and ready to assist me. There are tons of restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and businesses nearby. I hope to return again very soon.

This hotel was trashy and elevator wasn’t working, wires were showing all over the place. Old looking rooms that claimed to be upgraded and supreme laughing out loud
