Quality Inn & Suites West Chase

Computers were down and they required a $50 deposit. They asked if I wanted to pay in cash which I refused. The lobby smelled of mildew and the elevator even worse. The shower curtain holder was broken and the linen had stains. My door had a piece of wood nailed to it covering an area you could tell was previously forced opened.

NOTHING AT ALL Arrived at after 12am 1st room . Bathroom and kitchen area had roaches running around floor was soaking wet around bed reports it FD ,he changed my room.Enter 2nd room .No blanket for bed ,no wifi ,remote not working, no clean sheets ..it was horrible.Some how i fall asleep ,wakes up and there a roach in bed with me .they should not be on booking. Com..HOUSEKEEPING WAS NOT AVAILABLE, .I let frontdesk know i would check out in the morning ,he said he understands. Goes to check out in the morning, no one was at the front desk to give the key too ,so I just left it there. I have been trying to call the hotel for 4days to get things straightened out but no one answers their phone.

worst hote i've checked in by the moment. When we fisrt entered the room found just one roach, but after a little walk and then came back we found way more roaches and they were everywhere on the bed, doors, sink, restroom

Roaches ? in both rooms, my second room a/c was not cooling, no hot water in shower. Called front desk at 11:01 several times but got “VOICEMAIL IS FULL”.

Nothing The property was disgusted. The door lash was broken. The tub was cracked and there’s roaches.

I guess the only really upsetting part was no hot water but everything else was perfectly fine

Couldn't stay the whole night was a lot of bugs in the room, I left before check out very friendly staff just couldn't deal with the bugs

My room had roaches, the hot water didn’t work, the heat didn’t work, and the breakfast was scarce.

There was a few things wrong like the remote not working for the tv( not a big deal), there was no cold water coming out of the sink in the restroom, the swimming pool was closed and we had roaches in our room. My cousin had her own room and her tv remote wasn’t working either, she was told by the front desk to use her phone to watch tv lol. Definitely not staying there again.

Very friendly staff which was the best part of my stay. Room size was great but it was a bit stuffy in there air wise, even with the ac on.

Front counter staff was very rude and had no sense of urgency when I was trying to check in/out. I had roaches in my room and immediately checked out.
