Check/in computer issues and overall appearance of property is pretty poor.

Staff were friendly though.

Here are some pros: The front desk staff is pleasant. The breakfast is good There was oatmeal with all kinds of toppings like almonds and walnuts to name a few. There were scrambled eggs. There was plenty of coffee. The room was clean and quiet. It's a convenient location.

You might as well stay at a motel if you choose this hotel. Look elsewhere because this hotel is a dump. For a Marriot hotel, this place is old, not clean, smelly, falling apart and infested with cockroaches.

Yes staff was rude the room had a smell the ac did not work well and keep cutting off the tv had no channels so there was nothing to keep my kids busy at all

Lobby area needs updating. Room was ok. Shower water pressure was pitiful. Staff, if present at desk, were playing videos/movies on their phones loudly with no ear buds each and every time, even during our interaction (checking in, checking out). Overall, it’s “ok.”

Little bit older facility but super clean. Best thing is... 1) there is EXHAUST FAN in the bath room. I have stayed in many higher end Luxury hotels withOUT exhaust fan in the bathroom and that is terrible. So this hotel gets 5 star for that 2) Pretty good free hot breakfast. 3) Nice bed and clean room. Little bit tight space but ok. 4) Good location. Plenty of restaurants and fast food nearby. The BAAAD : Beware of internet charge. When you log into WiFi, you have two options. Free wifi and higher speed wifi. If you accidently click on "better" Wifi, it charges you $4.95. How the hotel Trick you? Trick #1 - There is NO option to Cancel what you have subscribed. Trick #2 - BIGGEST RIP-OFF - If you sign in using another device, they charge another $4.95 for the same room. (I used my phone first, then Laptop. So they charged TWO times - RIDICULOUS) Nowhere it says they are charging per device. Whole world , WiFi is free and if they charge , it is PER ROOM charge, not per device charge. So if another person in your room uses it, they charge again. It is called "deceptive trade practices." and I am filing a complaint with State Attorney.

I wasn't expecting such a poor experience with a Marriott hotel. Extremely putrid mold-resembling scent engulfed the room and would only get more prominent as the days went by. Clumps of knotted hair were spread all over the bed, which in itself was damp and had uncomfortable pillows. There were live cockroaches and remainders of nail clippings on the ground. Garbage was left in the room without being disposed of, such fry boxes. Bad lighting as well. Terrible hotel in regards to cleanliness and comfort, would whole-heartedly not recommend choosing this for your next stay in Houston.

Clean, friendly staff, good location, free self parking.

The room was clean, but on the 2nd night, I saw a baby roach in the bathroom. Every staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast on Friday morning is not what I expected. The Waffle batter was very thin that couldn’t make a waffle. A staff who doesn’t speaks English was very pleasant tried to adjust a couple time the batter and made me one. That was very sweet of her. The same morning, the orange juice came out as water with a little to none orange juice. Other than that, everything is good for that price.

Everyone was awesome they did a wonderful job. The girls at the front desk went above and beyond for me and my mom especially since my mom is handicapped and I have to place some of here stuff in a freezer and refrigerator. They were awesome
