I was able to have a birthday celebration and product launch for my brand. The location was waiting for its new furniture because the furniture in the Lobby needed to be replaced.

Great location Had a bathroom problem but was able to get another room quicky.

Round-bottom bathtubs and shower head too close to back wall.

The phone didn't work at all....had to call about the toilet not flushing properly but otherwise than that...everything was good .

I love the size of the room..the setup..its sitting in a great location..the breakfast was good as well..wish they had served grits on of the days..I was there from Friday evening to Sunday.. The room was clean overall, although some furniture was a bit dusty. Some maintenance and housekeeping details, such as dirty doors and tape left hanging from the ceiling, took away from the overall appearance. If you plan to use the kitchen, be prepared to bring a few basic items of your own, such as a sponge. Although the hotel advertises a full kitchen with cookware, the cookware provided was very limited. I asked if additional cookware was available, but the only extra item the staff could offer was a saucepan, leaving the kitchen too minimally equipped to prepare many simple meals. Despite those minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the helpful staff and the convenience of having a kitchen.

breakfast was okay , pool was okay but no towels, the shower water was hot enough , its was close to everything we wanted to go to , that is why we chose this hotel kitchen was okay but really old I am requesting a full refund due to the unacceptable condition of the hotel and the overall experience my family and I had during our stay. After driving five hours from Baton Rouge to Houston with my family, including my baby daughter and two children, we experienced problems at check-in. The hotel would not accept a cash deposit, their card terminal did not work with our debit card, and we were forced to complete the payment through a website while we were exhausted. When we entered the room, it had a strong unpleasant odor, the sofa bed mattress was stained and smelled bad, and there were dirty spots throughout the room. The room was much smaller than advertised, the photos were misleading, and the iron was broken. Although we wanted to leave, my baby was sick, and moving my family to another hotel during our short weekend trip was not a realistic option. Because the hotel did not match its description and the conditions were unacceptable, I respectfully request a full refund. I have photos documenting the condition of the room and am happy to provide them as evidence. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

Lobby freshly remodeled. Staff very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was average. The room was clean, but the furniture was scratched and the bathtub has been patched with something under the faucet. To be fair, the front desk clerk did say they are about to begin renovating the guest rooms, and should be done in the early part of next year, so that should be nice.

Breakfast was great!! I loved the overnight oats and chia pudding. I also had a whole wheat slice of toasted bread with the delicious raspberry jam. Another wonderfully thing is that they had almond milk for lactose intolerant people like my whole family. We also enjoyed the newly renovated pool. Just hoped could have had time to try the newly renovated gym. While I was brushing my teeth I saw, in the mirrors reflection, that under the toiletd rim was very gross and thick build up where the toilet had not been brushed for a very expensive amount of time. It was late at night and didn't want anybody coming into the room. If I had noticed before settling into the room I would have let the front desk know to clean and disinfect it properly.
