Friendly staff, very. Lean environment. Close to where we needed to be. Plenty of eating establishments near by. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Staff was good I know I was a bother even with rolled they helped with a smile but it was still a pleasant experience and great location. For the price of you're traveling alone i and plan to dine out it's great. It's an old building with great qualities which is the part I loved the most. I felt like I was attaching in a 50s hostile or boarding room. The character of the inside in the hallways I'll never forget

Very good and clean
-
The lawn was completely overgrown and neglected, which was a bad sign right off the bat. Inside, the room was disgusting: it lacked a clean smell, the window A/C unit looked severely run-down, and there was visible mold on the bathroom wall.

We enjoyed our stay, nice and friendly staff
-
Poor staff is been set up for failure. They are awesome, apologized and offered solutions but it seemed that the other rooms were bad as well. I'm so disturbed by our whole stay I'm taking the time to write to corporate
-
Bad shower, multiple roaches, front door is halfway open when closed (can see the hallway) and doesn’t deadbolt lock. Tv is garbage
-
Good place but Ant everwhere in the room.
-
Gates and entrance door to the building where we are at are not securely functioning. It is hard to communicate with housekeeping staff, cannot speak nor understand English.
-
Traveled for the World Cup, was denied check in due to plumbing issues, still trying to get refund, ridiculous. Do not stay.

This place is low budget. It seems they are used to getting scammed or something. Payment restrictions in full affect. I suggest pay before you arrive. Pool and hot tub not working. Breakfast was frozen then thrown into the microwave. Hallway smelled of urine, and comity. There were water stains on the floors. The room was old the couch broke down. The tub was so stained I couldn’t tell if it was clean or not , so I put down a towel as a bath mat. This is a low budget place and they are not accommodating. I give them 0 out of 10

We were initially placed in a room that had a strong fish-like odor. When we requested a room change, the staff moved us to another room, but it also had no hot water. The cleanliness of the room was concerning—the couch had no protective cover, the mattress appeared dirty, and multiple members of our party became itchy after sitting or sleeping on the furniture and bedding. The bathroom door hinge was loose, and the door had to be lifted in order to close properly. The pool was also closed during our stay. Overall, the property appeared poorly maintained, and the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made for a disappointing experience.

The staff was nice and helpful. Water was cold so couldn't shower.

Do not stay here room service sucks you don’t get cleaning everyday you have to ask . We had cold water all our stay my kids had to shower in cold water . Pool was closed very horrible 0 stars do not recommend.

The door to our buildibg did not close securely.

The guy was very rude and am know to come there a lot he told us it was no more towels instead of getting some more I think he was African I won’t be back at all and then breakfast horrible I don’t know what happened to this facility Needs to be fixed
-
Room was of ok quality. The mattress was good and the bed was clean. But our tub needed resurfacing and it leaked loudly all night. Even with the door closed. Holes in the curtains and limited staff that left fetching towels and sheets up to you. I wouldn’t call the place horrible, but I’ve seen Marriott do better. The staff was helpful with what they had, but…I get it. 3/5

Clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staffs. Faucet Water drops all day long in the bathtub. It needs to be fixed. Over all is good. Thanks
