I was traveling with my colleague and we enjoyed the location, the flexible hub off the lobby where we could convene and work on our laptops together, and the convenience of the sundries market as well. Truly felt like a guest at this hotel, which is not a universal experience at hotels anymore! The restaurant on the street level was great for breakfast. Nightclub on the roof was a vibe. Not our vibe really but cool atmosphere and view when it wasn’t as crowded. 10/10 would stay again.

Hotel was nice. Elevators are extremely slow. Roof top bar was nice but would have been better if there was someone serving drinks rather having to go get up and stand in line. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hot water was inconsistent. I needed change for a $100 and asked the front desk. They told me they couldn’t break it and to head to the restaurant. The restaurant told me to go to the front desk…not very helpful. And they didn’t service the room so when I returned in the late evening my bed was unmade, there was no coffee and the towels were wet. I also stayed at the Marriott Marquis on this trip and it was WAY better. Definitely a 4 star as described.
