I have stayed at many Residence Inn hotels, only reason I choose to stay here is because of full kitchen, Full kitchen is there but nothing in the kitchen, no pots, coffee cups, no coffee machine, 32 inch TV from 2000 era, toilet tank leaked water and it kept making noise when refill, refrigerator makes noise like scooter, door filthy, Iron to Iron clothes leaking water that is an electric hazard, iron stand barely stands and carpet smells like wet dog, this hotel with get A+ rating if it was in vintage category, very disappointed,

I ask for a refund or discount because I had a very bad experience at your accommodation last night. When I arrived, the door was not open and there was no receptionist to welcome you, so we waited for almost an hour, which made us very tired. If there is no satisfactory explanation, I will put this information on the social and media, you guys are very unprofessional and my time!

The staff was nice . The pool was unavailable. My room a.c didn’t work it was supper hot. Very comfortable . The room had bugs /roaches

There were coach roaches in the room. The elevators always have the smell of urines. Continental breakfast only has muffins and granola bars. The only good thing is free parking.

No hot water was a major issue. We couldn’t take a shower was absolutely unacceptable to stay somewhere and your not able to shower was the worst experience for me. No hot water was a major issue. I don’t recommend staying here until they address the hot water issue.

Nothing AC was not working in the room they have checked us in and in the room they have transferred after complaining. Whole night we didn’t sleep and our plans got spoiled entirely. Next day when we demanded to refund the money we have paid in advance for the other night as we don’t want to stay for the second night fearing we will be sleepless for another night. They have refused and forced us to stay by saying this time we will give a room with working AC. Next day we were driving around and visiting the town with sleepless and heavy eyes. Second night they gave us a better room. I don’t know why they are accepting the booking when there is no rooms available with working AC.

The room was very clean, although the smell of Febreeze was a bit overpowering. Although clean, the place was poorly maintained. The lights above the beds didn't work, dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed, causing me to bang into them in the middle of the night, and there was no hot water in the shower. Additionally, it was noisy with people in other rooms standing outside on the balcony while talking loudly on their phones. When I politely asked a man in the neighboring room if he could move further away from my door, he said "no" and turned his back to me. The area around my room also smelled strongly of cannabis (the inside was a mix of week and Febreeze). And while they advertise that breakfast is included, you should know that "breakfast" consists of a coffee machine, a basket of granola bars and packets of instant oats. The entire experience was disappointing, to say the least.

Our biggest issue is the lack of transparency in the original Expedia listing. These are not simply personal preferences they are details that would have directly impacted our chose.

Pool and room very clean

Good amount of room for one bedroom suite with nice living room area. Great location with so many food options and right across the street from the Galleria We stayed two nights, didn’t have any hot water so no one could shower which was not ideal. I’ve also never stayed at an extended stay that offered a kitchen in the room but nothing to cook with, also not ideal. The “sofa” reminded me of a cheap outdoor patio sofa and comes apart at every side with the smallest movement. They need to be taken out and replaced. The beds are awful, horrible sleep and horrible back pain when you wake up.

No había agua caliente pero creo que algo pasó justamente en mi estadía y el personal cuando uno se registra es tan pesado parece que trabajarán gratis en la recepción! Por lo demás estuvo bien me gusta la ubicación del hotel
