Great location, steps from public transportation. Clean and good price. The train horn constantly not bad for a night stay

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, especially considering it is an outdoor property. It was both clean and smoke-free, which contributed to a positive experience. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and I appreciated that the air conditioning was already on when I arrived, creating a comfortable atmosphere right away. Overall, these details enhanced my stay and showed attention to guest comfort. Please be aware of train noise, so it's a good idea to bring ear plugs.

The staff provided excellent assistance when I faced some challenges during check-in, which helped me avoid the hassle of finding another hotel. Additionally, the room was quite nice and located within a convenient distance from the city center, making my daily trips easy.

I had a pleasant stay at Scott Inn Suites and truly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made my experience more enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities functioned well, enhancing my comfort.

The property canceled my reservation without any heads up. I found out about 30 minutes out amd tried for 20 of those minutes trying to call the hotel front desk and no one would pick up the phone. I am glad we ended up staying somewhere else beacsue when we drove by the property was disgusting and so ran down, im sure the room were no better.

Absolutely terrible, very dirty There was so many hairs everywhere and looked like nothing was clean.

Toilet paper was not as soft as I like.

They’ve never cleaned the rooms

Staff was extremely accommodating. Guy stayed up way late to check me in. Close to George R Brown. Pretty safe property, in my opinion. No fan in room. TV remote was broken.

Nothing, I attempted to stay here and no one would answer and they kept declining my payment. How no one answers the phone.

Staff was extremely helpful when there were some issues with my check in, and saved me from having to book a different hotel. On top of that, the room was extremely nice and close enough to the city center to make it an easy trip every day! i had an amazing weekend.

Honesty of the Hotelier. "Dont walk anywhere here".. I had no idea Houston was such a hellhole. No reflection on this lodging. Cleanliness was a bit questionable.. but I didn't expect 5 star at this price point.
