Breakfast ok. The eggs were not good. They were bland and runny. Ran out of bacon.. There was a table wirh loud children that hindered our breakfast enjoyment A waffle station would be nice!

The room is a little bit old but well-maintained. There are welcome chocolates and macarons, free snacks and drinks, which make us feel very welcome. Breakfast choices are not that many, but good.

This hotel is superior in every way. Old school elegance, guests are their priority! We had dinner and stayed one night to go to see a play the next day. They upgraded us to the PH suite, kept our bags after check out while we went to the show. Walking distance to every venue. Valet parking superb. Can’t rave enough about this hotel. Restaurant is also excellent.

Kevin at the front desk and Sam, doorman were so kind and provided assistance when needed. The room is always clean, the bath had quality amenities, and the snacks wonderful. The Lancaster is my favorite hotel in Houston and highly recommended to those visiting the area.

Room and staff. The staff is always exceptional. The "gym". It's a joke. And the bar, which just doesn't have a good aesthetic. It needs to be completely redesigned.
