Travelodge by Wyndham Houston Hobby Airport

Good

Disappointing

There are cigarette butts on the ground everywhere. The elevator is broken. Roaches entombed behind the glass in the painting. Live baby roach in the shower. No one attending the night window when I tried to check out. Long term residents leave out food for strays.

Nothing Air conditioner barely worked. Big roaches. Smelled bad

The ac was broken so they tried to move me to a room full of mold then I found a spider bigger than my hand on my bad and they laughed at me . I didn't get my deposit back and the night guy was super rude

Bad

The price The service paid for a day stay went two days no hot water the hair didn't work and roaches in the room, went each day to let them know and nothing asked could I at least get a complimentary day since we had no hot water majority of my stay was told I couldn't get a free day service is bad

Very poor

The tv didn’t work and the fridge didn’t work and they gave me two different rooms and both rooms were trash

Dirty

Exceptional

Passable

The staff was nice and helpful

No ac

As soon as I walked in I got a ugly smell and there were roaches on the bed and in the sink area. I did not stay there.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Broken tiles, cigarette burns on the blankets, fire alarm detectors where disconnected, blankets and chairs and towels had stains on them, also fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason and fire department was not even called, this place was honestly the worst place to stay and take your kids to but you get what you pay for.!

Great

Room was nasty and there were roaches everywhere

The price

It was the most despicable hotel room I've ever been in and I'm having to fight them to get my money back The bathroom was dirty the bed was dirty the room stuck to high heaven
