The staff, location, price was fair, and it was just welcoming The breakfast could have been better and all the sockets didn't work in the room but that didn't really matter

Exceptional

Call the front desk no one never answered the phone. Kept waiting for a shuttle at the airport never seen one for Hampton inn. None of the ice machines was working,

The staff and the breakfast I explained it to the staff.

Housekeeping check behind themselves to make sure they don't leave things behind. Such as items on the floor from cleaning. Or every now and then dust the not normal areas .

Did not know that they were only going to clean the rooms and pick up garbage trash in your room every other day the ventilation was terrible. The water was dripping in the bathroom tub 24 seven the floor carpet stayed wet slippery in the hallway to the bathroom, the adjustment to the air conditioning was not working correctly. Ice machine was not working.

Everything was good except that. The hotel is going through a remodel, so we had to walk around the construction work. But other than that, everything was great.

location was convenient the bathroom door was a barn style door that was also the closet door, didn’t provide a lot of privacy and was a bit strange to me

The pool was not operational. It’s very convenient to the airport but you hear and feel the planes.

The gentleman who checked us in had great customer service and sense of humor. Room was clean. Wish price was a little lower when you stay more than one night.

Bad smell, ac doesn’t work

. The bed had feces on the sheets and some other form of bodily fluid on the actual mattress. I asked for it to be cleaned off the mattress and new bedsheets placed on the bed when I came back the sheets we’re halfway off of the bed, exposing the spot that they had cleaned off the mattress, but the soiled sheets were still on the bed. Then at 9:30am housekeeping entered our room for what reason we still don’t know

I don’t really like it. It was not clean, the carpet floor was wet. It did not smell good. The water in the toilet was black.

It's a great place for our employees to stay.
