Wyndham Houston Hobby Airport

At the last minute the airport shuttle cancelled with no pickup services costed me problem to get to the hotel from airport terminal.

I had a lot of trouble getting clearance for the shuttle which was advertised. At first they told me outright no when I messaged. I had to call multiple times to ask for an explanation which upset me because it was the main reason I chose this hotel but in the end I was able to get on it. Hotel was a little run down and no black out curtains so I was up with the sun 😂. But for the price I paid and just one night it was fine.

Not enough parking for guests. No ac in hallways of each floor. Very cramped.

Had to ask for soap,odd men in back steps in dark that don’t have a room and I’m a single out of town visitor woman, no pool (description not true), camera don’t work. Someone’s delivery sent to my door. It stayed there outside the door til morning . After making them aware I thought they would see it on camera but apparently they don’t work. I threw items in trash when I came down in morning cause room serve never answered my calls to get the food from my door.

Hotel was clean and nice however a lot of things are under reconstruction or maintenance. There’s no hot tub and no pool (under maintenance) however they allow you to take a shuttle to one of their sister hotels but even those don’t have a hot tub as they promote online. No restaurant as advertised, no breakfast however they did allow to take shuttle to get breakfast at their sister hotel as well. Rooms are clean and cool no issues on that! For the pricing it was decent.

Trash in the hallways and over all dirty and not maintained. Looks like Wyndham just took it over so maybe it’s due for an overhaul

Bad service and they took my money

It almost ruined my trip. I'm aware of the potential robbery aspect and excepting cash, but a $100 deposit on a property under renovation, breakfast at another location and way off the beaten path! It was rediculous. Trust, there is no mini bar upstairs in your room. M Nelson

I just needed a one night stay close to Hobby airport. I searched specifically for hotels within the area that had shuttle service, a pool and a hot tub. Awesome guy picked me up from the airport in the shuttle service provided. Upon checking in, staff were friendly and helpful, $100 deposit for the room, lobby was clean. When I asked about the pool, I was told it's shut down as was the hot tub. I was informed that they can take me to another hotel to use their pool which I didn't end up doing. Disappointed. Got to the room and it was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower pressure. It did have a musty smell to the room but overall it was good. Next morning, went down for breakfast and was told the kitchen is shut down and I could be transported to another hotel for beaskfast. I just grabbed a coffee and went back to my room, pqcked and checked out. I got my $100 deposit back on my card in 2 days.
