The pool, the breakfast, basically “amenities” were down and you had to be shuttled to a “sister” property to use said amenities. The shower needed repair, and the patch work on the wall outside the room was poorly done. Not to mention the security cameras outside the rooms. I will NOT be back!

The bed The bathroom has rust in the ceiling of the bathroom, the water didn't get that hot, dark and gloomy cracks in walls and floor board by the elevator. They don't do everything together as far as the deposit and paying for the room. So you have to pay the deposit and then pay for the room. STUPID. The parking lot needs work.

This hotel sucks and is on its last leg unless they do some serious renovations. Do not get fooled into staying here. I got stuck between floors on the one "working" elevator and had to open the elevator doors by hand and climb out and drop 6 feet to the floor. This place feels like a truly seedy motel.

I understand that Wyndham bought out this hotel, it is far from Wyndham quality. There is visible mold/mildew issues 4th floor and 2nd floor, the bathtub in both of the rooms I had need replacement. The curtains were worn in one room. No room microwave

In the other room (we had 2) the windows were leaking water from above and there were no amenities in the room except a coffee machine

Was told the pool was open when I called before booking.. Only to find out it inoperable. The lighting in the room was horrible. Only one light in the bathroom over the tub which had rust around it..(Tub and Light). The staff wasn't very friendly.

Room had bad smell, bathroom sink faucet was not properly installed, it was moving and water dripping. AC will not go lower then 78, with Huston weather and humidity room should be at least at 68 degrees.
