I just needed a one night stay close to Hobby airport. I searched specifically for hotels within the area that had shuttle service, a pool and a hot tub. Awesome guy picked me up from the airport in the shuttle service provided. Upon checking in, staff were friendly and helpful, $100 deposit for the room, lobby was clean. When I asked about the pool, I was told it's shut down as was the hot tub. I was informed that they can take me to another hotel to use their pool which I didn't end up doing. Disappointed. Got to the room and it was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower pressure. It did have a musty smell to the room but overall it was good. Next morning, went down for breakfast and was told the kitchen is shut down and I could be transported to another hotel for beaskfast. I just grabbed a coffee and went back to my room, pqcked and checked out. I got my $100 deposit back on my card in 2 days.

Kitchen closed, pool closed. Building falling apart. Inside the room smells like smoke. The wallpaper is falling apart. The bathtub was all patched up and stained.

Hotel just changed from Holiday Inn to Wyndham. Hotel needs to be closed down for major renovations. Parking lot badly lit and exterior not taken care of. You will notice the dirty stagnant water fountain out front before you have to open the sliding glass entry doors yourself, because those are broke. Hallways smell like an old gym locker room, wallpaper falling off the walls and flooring is stained and past needing to be replaced. Breakfast and dining area is currently closed and pool was closed as well. Room was in decent shape except for the bathtub paint was peeling off. For the $54/night price at least we had cold a/c, hot water, and comfortable beds. Wouldn’t pay regular price or anywhere near $75+ at this time until renovations are completed. I will say staff was extremely nice for the interactions I did have with them. Not many eating options close by.

There was no hand soap, had to shower with shampoo/ conditioner.

Stains on the sheets tub old and a lil rusty open condom wrapper between the bed and head bord. When you walk in it smells like old mold. The room was on the 3rd floor the hallway smell was horrible and I'm glad it didn't smell like that in the room. But it smell like weed and it was better then the smell in the hall but I don't like the smell of that either. There was no soap to shower or wash your hands. Garage looks suspect looks like we shouldn't park in there

Good place to stay for a quick visit

The accommodations were great.

The bed was comfortable It smelled musty, the floor was soaked in water, I couldn't close the curtains and a bright light was shining in. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and tried to charge me $263 for one night because of a game and said he couldn't find my reservation for Booking.com and told me it was probably cancelled. Very unprofessional and rude.

It’s was good I didn’t like the fact of having to put down a deposit

The rooms were clean but the pools were not in working conditions. We were sent to another hotel to use the outdoor pool but the hot tub was broken and full of moss and old stinky water. The pool was full of bugs and not maintained

Great night sleep

Other then the hotel looking rundown it was a good stay and the beds were amazing.

The property is clean and quite

Main entrance doorway was blocked by a large luggage cart. The receptionist gave me one key, which didn't work. By the time I got back to the lobby with my luggage there was a long line with just one receptionist. It took 10 minutes to get to the receptionist so I could get a working key.

The bathroom xfan was so loud

No mention of additional funds needed for check in also unable to process cashapp chime Venmo Apple Pay or anything like that
