Best Western Plus Hobby Airport Inn & Suites

Staff was very friendly and the Texas waffle for breakfast every morning was a really nice touch.

1. The women who checked in was very informative and professional. We were not able to do an early check in near 11 am. But offered to watch our luggage or for us to help ourselves to coff and the lobby area. 2. We did not have breakfast as we were barely made our flight. However it smelled good. 3. Free airport shuttle leaving every 30 minutes. 15-20 minute walk to a delicious restaurant Tequila 24. There is a gas station - 5 minutes walk 1. There was a strong gas smell coming into the pool area. The odor would come and go in what seemed scheduled waves. We cut our pool time as we began to get lightheaded. I did notify a staff member. 2. The shuttle driver arrived right at the half hour. The sing says to arrive 10 minutes before departure. I thought our luggage would be packed and we'd drive off right at the half hour. Plus we were not aware it makes stops at other hotels. 3. Coca-Cola from the lobby fridge was flat. :/

Superb

Very good

Great room, staff and very clean!! No coffee maker in room

Great stay, no problems. Would stay here again

It was a great hotel that is close to the airport.

The front desk clerk was professional. The shuttle service was timely. All went well

I only stayed there for one night and barely in the room but, from my little experience, it was good.

Location, economy, and it’s quiet No coffee in the room and walking down to get coffee

The staff was super friendly and kind.

Everything except yall kept my security deposit Yall kept my deposit

Everything was great thank you

Everything was nice

Exceptional

I was not there for breakfast

My friend and I stayed 3 nights at the property and we were very pleased with the facility, the staff were great. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was updated and cleaned. A closet, iron board and iron would complete the room especially for longer stay and I like hanging up my clothes. But Made do with the draws provided. Breakfast was fresh and 24 hours coffee, tea and the airport shuttle Services is a huge plus. Shout out to Christina and Sandy at the front desk, Martin our shuttle driver and tour guide, he's a wealth of information and was so helpful at the airport with our too many luggages. He went above and beyond and we truly appreciate that. Miss Ava Marie kept the food area impeccable and was always pleasant, polite and ready to help. Just a few minutes from the hobby Airport. Overall this was a wonderful stay and will definitely book again whenever visiting the Houston area. Thank you All for making our stay and safe and pleasant stay. God bless you All. No closet, iron and board in the rooms

Great place to stay. Easy to and from airport.

Great place and area. Shuttle to airport was very helpful

Hotel is okay nothing fancy. It’s a place to sleep. Pillows were very flat and the bed was pretty hard. The room had an odd smell to it also. Personally won’t stay here again
