Excellent hotel comfy bed

Were clean the staff was helpful except for the woman who runs the breakfast. Although the breakfast was good. The only thing a huge renovation was going on but it really didn’t affect us. I would stay again and the price was good

They were apparently under construction and most of the staff we encountered were new and couldn’t answer any of our questions. We never did find an ice machine.

Great breakfast Bathroom was too small for handicap people. Walker did not fit in the bathroom.

Amazing hotel for the price. They were doing renovations and the pool was close. Which wasn't great. But the staff were all amazing and so nice. The floors that have been renovated were all very nice. Overall good experience. We'll be staying here when we come back next year.

Breakfast and the room was recently renovated and clean. The pool was not available for use. There was not an option for a wake-up call.

My stay was great other than the fact that we planned for our daughters birthday at this hotel because it had an indoor pool that was out of service during our stay.

Close proximity to venue event Pool was closed, construction everywhere and there was broken glass on the parking lot.

There was evidence that our room had not been cleaned properly, including construction dust on the carpet, and a soft drink lid under the luggage stand. Also, someone had killed a spider on the wall, and left that mess there. The elevators were all full of construction dust and marks, but that’s to be expected during a reno and not really a problem on its own. The brand new shower leaked on the floor at the corner; we may have been the first guests in that new room, so that doesn’t bother me that much as long as they fix it for the next guests. (Rm 515). I asked for a refund, but they couldn’t help because we booked through Expedia. Lesson learned.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. The property was under construction during our stay. The hotel had to shut off the water so that was inconvenient.

Hidden away from busy roads, very welcoming, clean, room was close to elevator, staff was very nice.

Location is excellent: close by to restaurants/fast food/shopping and a short drive to the park. Both front desk staff that I interacted with were pleasant and very helpful! Check in/out was seamless. The indoor pool was a bit chilly, but the kids didn’t mind. It was great to have an indoor pool to enjoy before the park preview hours, especially in case it rained. Yes, the hotel is in the middle of upgrades, and construction work/appearance is to be expected. However, our room was impeccably clean, and the updates are beautiful! The shower was incredible. Strangely, the only downfall in the renovations is no fan in the bathroom. The breakfast attendant was super sweet and on top of everything. The value for the price we paid was excellent, and we’ll definitely stay here again in the future!
