Horrible. I wish I could give negative
-
Elevator works half the time, breakfast was poor also with a roach that ran across the counter. The hotel website as well as expeda does not inform the traveler that the hotel is under construction. Very unsatisfied with my stay and no attempt was made for compensation for the inconvenience and a very unpleasant stay.

Great place to stay not too far from Hershey park

The hotel.was under renovations in which I was not aware of. The lift was stuck at times and wires.were dangling off the ceilings. Thank goodness, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast were the same almost every single day. However, the hotel provides 24hrs beverages which includes hot beverages. The hotel would ve very nice and valued for money without the renovations.

Property is being renovated. Do not recommend staying there right now. We were locked out of our room, elevator issues with a resolute of being stuck in one, only ice machine was on a floor that should not have been open to the public. Food wasn't good, hours for breakfast was only until 9am.

Stayed in room 501 somewhat newly renovated but the shower control was giving either hot or cold nothing in between . My 12 year old felt like she burned herself and had to use a friends shower in the same complex.I just took a cold shower not ideal.

I appreciate that I was able to check in after midnight. However, I dont like the fact that no one came to my room to bring me clean towels or utilities. Also, they were doing construction next door to my room, so every morning at 7am, there were banging amd hammering on the walls and so much noise. It was horrible after being up all day and night the day prior. All I wanted was a good sleep and some rest. But yhe staff was nice. I also wanted a late check out, called the front desk they had no clue on how it worked.

The breakfast was fine and the breakfast attendant was very nice. In general, I have to say this place was not nice at all. I don’t think I’ll be staying at another Best Western.

The hotel was okay, but was undergoing renovations, so a lot of the halls had wiring being run so ceilings not together. The elevator had difficulty shutting until door pushed back in to retry closing by construction worker. The fire alarm went off at 7am and scared us half to death. Fortunately no fire. The key cards did not work for one of the rooms so had to be replaced. Everyone was very nice, but NOT a relaxing stay!!!!

The beds n room was great. The original room I booked was unavailable and they provided us with a conjoining room for no extra charge. Staff was extremely friendly Fire alarm went off at 8 am. There was construction at the site n parking was a little rough

The hotel is comfortable. It is going renovation so it was not clean, but the rooms are new and spacious

We check in with workers unloading mulitpul pallets of furniture which was stored in the small restaurant area. Hotel was under construction. Upon getting off on the third floor we were greeted with wires and fire detectors hanging from the ceiling, a partially sheetrocked ceiling and dirty carpets. Our room was a safr haven from the mess but not from the noise. None of this work was disclosed on your site or when we booked the room the day before. While we were 2 adults traveling together, we felt sorry for all the families who book their rooms for the weekend for a lacrosse tournament, having to live in these conditions. We will never stay at a Best Weastern again.

Our room had just been updated. It was very clean. Parking was easy. The Reno work being done throughout kicked up dust in the elevators but when the work is complete it will be a lovely hotel to visit again. It was close to the Hershey Center for games or concerts and close to Hershey Lodge for dining.
-
Close to amenities, newly renovated on the 5th floor The pool was slightly slimy and green at certain areas. There was a musty smell in the lobby.
-
Proximity to Hershey stadium Was unaware of the construction, wires were exposed our room door had to be reset, room was dirty (construction wise) and alarm was triggered at 830am when workers began. We were not notified and paid full price (399) for a work zone.
-
did not eat breakfast. Parking was safe
-
That it was close to Hershey park That there were bugs crawling on the walls the sprinklers still had locks on them like they hadn’t finished installing them. The hall way had holes in the ceiling. The staff was rude to most patrons.
-
They are in the middle of major construction and it shows. Pleasant staff and amenities.

Everything was find until the day we were leaving. The power went out and being on the 7th floor it was difficult for me to walk up and down the steps twice. They did not have a generator and while I realize a generator would not operate elevators it would have been nice having extra light in the room. Also they were remodeling lower floors and the doors were open to the steps and the dust was irritating my granddaughters allergies. Also due to the power outage we left items in the room; the staff was kind to contact me we were already on the turnpike headed to Pittsburgh. I did pay to have the items sent to me at my expense it would have been nice to get it sent for free due to the circumstances.
