As a mom traveling alone with two children under two, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. When I checked in, I was surprised to learn that my room was on the third floor and that the elevator was broken. I requested a room on the main floor, but I was told they were completely sold out. Having two small children with me, this meant making multiple trips up and down three flights of stairs with luggage, children, and everything else we needed. It was extremely inconvenient and frustrating, especially for a traveling parent. The staff’s attitude also left a lot to be desired. The employees sitting behind the desk appeared miserable and unwelcoming, which certainly did not make the situation any better. And then there was breakfast… an absolute joke. There was barely anything available: cereal, packaged muffins, and a communal bucket of yogurt. The hotel even provided extremely cheap paper plates for guests to eat from. For what I expected from a hotel stay, the breakfast was incredibly disappointing. Overall, between the broken elevator, having to carry two small children up and down the stairs, the lack of hospitality, and the extremely underwhelming breakfast, this was not the experience I expected. I would definitely think twice before staying here.

Location to attraction No elevator. Complimentary breakfast was not well stocked. Pool needed work and hot tub not working at all.
-
Good breakfast , helped us fuel up for a busy day , convenient location to hershey park
-
The breakfast needs better selections and more in stock. First breakfast was good but then next few breakfast we’re getting less and less choices. Which forced us to go out to eat.
-
Broken hot tub. No ice buckets in room had to ask for one.

The rooms smelled awful, spiders and spider webs all over the doors to get in and out the room, noisy whole place is dirty!!! , worst hotel I have ever stayed in ! Expedia and Hilton should be ashamed for rating this place so high and making this place look like a gem online! What a dump !!!

The only concern that I have is pets being left alone in there room and the continuous barking.

Booked room a month prior, room was paid for and verified. Arrived to hotel to check in. Front staff member told me she gave my room to "the people that kept walking in for rooms". She not only gave my room away but also did this to 3 other people who have also not checked in yet. She was not apologetic not offered no assistance in rectifying this situation.

Location Breakfast food. Should tell customers when you fill items as the first morning there was nothing there at 7:30.

The staff was very friendly The breakfast was non existent

Phone didnt work to call about the toilet problem. Continental breakfast ran out of everything by 830 9 am. Had no milk for coffee and cereal, ran out of bagels and cream cheese quickly and that's really all that was offered. Room was clean. Stair case (that you had to use because of no elevator) overly smelt like carpet powder cleaner covering the smell of pee. Overall it got the job done with just needing it for a clean bed to sleep in for long days at the park.

The staff was very accommodating.
-
The booking system for the hotel was down on the date we were scheduled to stay. We had to book somewhere else.
-
The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast did not have many options and two of the three days they did not have refills as they ran out, so limited availability. The hot tub was closed. The outdoor fountain was pretty but dirty.

Is my second time coming to this place. I like it because is closer to hershey park. The check in is 3pm and check out is 12pm. The pool outside is nice for the kids. I didn't like the breakfast lol.

spiders in room. leaky ac unit that wasn't repaired. breakfast wasn,t good because there wasnt enough food
-
Upon arrival the room appeared semi clean. After running the air conditioner for an hour a puddle began to form. Went to the front desk to make them aware and was told they already knew about it n someone was coming by to fix it the next day.. but day 2 the carpet was completely saturated n you could not use that side of the room at all. The breakfast was all gone before 8am n was not replaced for the after 8 crowd. On the 2nd day we arrived to breakfast earlier by 730 and same result as the day before. So if you don't get to breakfast when it opens you don't eat
