Clean rooms great staff coffee 24/7 has an indoor pool, dining and beautiful lobby

We came for 1 night as a family & stayed in 1 bedroom suite w/its own bathroom & sofa bed in living room w/bathroom. The toilet broke before we even used it so we were down a bathroom rest of stay bc they were sold out and couldn’t move us. The shower was dirty and the hotel rooms were very outdated. Location was so close to Hershey park which is why we choose this hotel. Overall, staff was polite but the hotel was old and dirty. We wouldn’t stay again.

The breakfast was horrible and the server was very rude.

Room was pretty dirty. After talking with the crews and learning that their rooms were all pretty similar is worrisome.

Large spacious rooms; friendly staff; toilet in bathroom running all night and day. Front desk informed, they did come to fix it but it continued for the rest of our stay which made it difficult to sleep at night.

Great place to stay.

No breakfast one morning. Towels were ruff. Wrong size bed. No bar as advertised.

Only issue was tub didn’t drain fast. Staff and location great. I’d stay again on my next trip

The air conditioning unit wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed after someone was called and there were many ants in the room. My church typically uses this hotel for guests when we bring them in for events and concerts but probably not in the future

Shower water pressure was weak.

We left for dinner and a show and came back deciding to make a cup of tea using the hot water in the lobby but the hot water was not hot. We decided to make tea in the room but the keurig was filthy and obviously had not been cleaned in a long while. I have photos. I intend to write a complaint to Hilton Corporate.

Easy to get everywhere. Friendly staff. Bathroom was used and not cleaned. Bedding was dirty. We needed to request a new room. Manager was defensive when our concerns were expressed.
