Next room had hot water and a free running drain, but had a slow running drain in the bathroom sink, and a water leak that was bubbling up from under the tile in the bathroom floor which you would walk through and get your feet wet. The pool was closed and the water in it was green and you couldn't see through it, so if they were planning on cleaning it for the winter, it looked like it had been sitting there for a very very long time without any attendance. The staff were okay, but the note about our hot water and drain in the first room was never passed up the pole to management. The final morning, there was NO one at the desk, breakfast was non existent because no one was there, and I couldn't check out properly and get the printed receipt I need for tax purposes. All in all a disappointing stay. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Booked for 3 got 1 towel. Coffee in decanter was cold. Ok for an over night stay.

On our floor second floor , it smelt like weed the whole time

The staff was good. The bedroom ac didn't work and I was given another room but unfortunately the room had bad smell and it aggravated my asthma, coffee was cold at the breakfast both mornings, . Bedroom was clean except for the bad smell of the carpet or something in the room. The smell of the room. Carpet was dirty and smell really bad

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the ac unit worked well. The staff was helpful. Didn’t try the breakfast but there are many options in the area. Parking lot could be better maintained. Room phone didn’t work so I had to go down to the lobby to ask a question. Overall it was a good stay.

Only stayed for one night and did not eat any of the breakfast because we slept in. But I can say that the bed was decently comfortable and the room was quite clean. I would definitely recommend staying there versus some of the other places around this area.

We went with the expectation of jumping into the pool... the pool looked looked like it belong in the swamp, abandoned. Not a good look.

The breakfast was fine. Broken toilet that was reported twice that constantly ran water loudly. Never addressed. Mattress was horrible like it was older than the hotel. Toiletries when we checked in were used already. Also had money go missing from my room. Management basically said too bad and hung up on me. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The breakfast buffet is awful. The eggs are powdered eggs and the variety of foods was subpar. (There is a Waffle House within walking distance so I went there the next morning.) I put the sign on my room doorknob for the room to be cleaned and nobody cleaned it. After I mentioned it to the front desk, it was cleaned the next day. All in all, my stay was good. Beds are comfy. A/C worked great. Convenient refrigerator and microwave in the room as well came in very handy. Hotel grounds are very clean as well. I didn't go to the pool so I can't comment on it.

The room i got what not the room i booked i need to accommodate for 2 adults and 2 kids ordered the room with pull out couch and didn’t receive it asked for extra blankets did not receive those either
